Problem Statement
Problems statement here is the delay of administrative work management in the
office because it is done manually . The reception of all information related to
the management and administration of the school is not efficient because the
delivery of

the data or any information required by top management

immediately whether school districts and state departments of education is often


a delay, if it is created and delivered manually. For example, the filling of
student attendance information data which should be sent to the district
education office each day. In addition, it is also a common problem faced by the
school administration is medical insurance at a government hospital for civil
servants, which someone still using manual medical form. Among other issues
faced by management also is a promotion that still use manual methods of the
filling form and sent to the unit power up state education department.
The use of ICT for adapted by teachers and school staffs in the
learning process as well as administrative management is effective, easier and
faster. Information Communication Technology (ICT) plays an important role in
enhancing the quality of administrative . Administration and management
applications of ICT are currently popular in schools due to its capabilities in
facilitating administration activities from data storage to knowledge
management and decision making. Administrators can improvise and increase
the utilization of ICT in daily administrative tasks to make their work more
efficient and effective.

According to Kawade & Kulkarni, 2012, ICT applications can be


considered as an effective enabler to create access, store, transmit and
manipulate different innovation in audio and visual form, due to the capability
of ICT in providing proactive environment.

Research objective :
The objectives of this study are as follows :
1. To identify the level of knowledge of the staff of the national secondary
schools to use ICT in administration .
2. To identify the skills of the staffs secondary schools to use ICT in
administration .
3. To find out the attitude of staffs on the use of ICT in school
administration .
4. To identify the problems faced by the staffs on the use of ICT for the
administration of the school .
Questionaires :
1. What is the level knowledge of the staff in the secondary school on the
use of ICT in administration.
2. How much the skills of the staff secondary school on the use of ICT
applications.
3. How the attitudes of the staff towards the use of ICT in administration.
4. What is the problem faced by the staff on the use of ICT in
administration.
