Self disposal grease separator

No disposal truck required. Disposal of waste into standardized 60 liter storage tanks.

Simple and fast installation

Thanks to the low weight and straightforward KESSEL fastening technology, the KESSEL round-design
grease separator system can easily be dismantled to minimum component size, allowing it to be set
up in rooms with only very narrow access.

Oil- / Fuel- / Coalescence separators

Multiple set-up options

Newly designed separators offer multiple set-up options for easy on-site installation. Each separator
can be custom assembled on-site to best match on-site room requirements (for example for wall
installation - 180 degree assembly, interior corners - 90 degree assembly or exterior corners 270 degree assembly).

Now available with Micro-Bubble option

KESSEL SE grease separators now available with Micro-Bubble option. Automated compressor
injects micro air bubbles into separator tank for high efficiency grease separation.

Floating and settling sludge disposal included.

Grease separator can remain in operation during disposal (no operational interruptions).

Based on EN 1825-1 the grease separators are intended for
use under the following conditions:
- Connection of a commercial dishwasher with a minimum
cycle time of 1.5 minutes
- Consumption of rinsing water in a commercial dishwasher
VS = max. 5 Liter
- In addition to the dishwasher, a maximum of one drainage
facility is to be connected to the dishes pre-rinse (short
term operation)
Operating Instructions:
The separated grease is to be decanted on a daily basis and
emptied and cleaned once a week.
