These cards are Featuring Zeus as a

supreme god of the Olympians on Mount
Olympus in Greece along with his wife
Hera, Supreme queen and goddess. His
father Cronus and mother Rhea are along
with his brothers, the other kings with
their wives as their queens. His sisters as
Jacks along with Athena, his favourite
daughter and his beloved Semele, mother
of the god Dionysus as a Joker along with
the god Hermes.

These cards are created using 2 kinds of typeface, the main one is Gill Sans MT, which
is used to put names and descriptions, and the second one is Bodoni MT for graphics,
mainly because it is serif and it makes easier to create organic shapes for the symbols
I used.

JOKER

The central theme is Greek Mythology, using as a base the Greek god of the sky and
thunder and the ruler of the Olympians Zeus as a main god and King for the
porpoises of these cards, Hera is his sister and his wife, She is the Queen of the Gods,
Goddess of Marriage, Women, Childbirth, and Family.
Zeuss brothers and their wives are the rest of the kings and queens, including
Cronus who was Zeuss father and Rhea, his mother.
Cronus was the leader and the youngest of the first generation of Titans. He was son
of Uranus, the ruler of the universe and Gaia, the Mother of the Earth. Rhea is
Cronuss wife and Zeuss Mother, She is the mother of the Olympian gods, her name
means flow and ease and some mythology experts suggest that she represented the
eternal flow of time.

JOKER

The second Joker would be Hermes; he is the god of transitions and boundaries. He
is quick and cunning, and moves freely between the worlds of the mortal and divine,
as emissary and messenger of the gods.

For the Jacks, I decided that they can be the Virgin sister of Zeus: Hestia the goddess
of familial hearth, home and family and fire, The second Jack would be the 2nd sister
of Zeus and Persephones mother: Demeter; Athena, a virgin goddess, favourite
daughter of Zeus that is believed she came out from Zeuss forehead, she is the
goddess of wisdom, courage, civilization, law and justice, strategic war, mathematics,
strength, strategy, the arts, crafts, and skill in ancient Greek religion, mythology and
philosophy; and finally Semele would be the last one, she is a mortal but Zeus fell in
love with her a she conceived Dionysus, the god of the grape harvest, winemaking and
wine, of ritual madness, fertility, theatre and religious ecstasy. He would be the first
Joker for our set of cards.

Hermes

Hades was the King of the Underworld, the god of death and the dead. His wife
Persephone is the goddess of the vegetation and queen of the underworld. She at the
same time is the daughter of Zeus and his sister: Demeter, who is the Goddess of the
harvest, presided over grains and the fertility of the earth. Hades is Persephones
uncle who kidnapped her to the underworld. When Demeter finds out, she begged
her brother Hades to allow Persephone to come back to the livings, denoting that she
was not supposed to live in the underworld. Hades finally allowed Persephone to live
on earth for six months each year, while the rest of the time she would be on his side
in the Underworld. The myth of Hades and Persephone is associated with the coming
of spring and winter: When Persephone comes to the Earth, its springtime. When she
descends to Hades, it is winter.

waters. His wife Amphitrite is the goddess of the sea and a Queen for these cards.
