Getting a job
Have you ever thought your life would be like after school? How you will get a job?
After so many years studying, everyone at some point in our lives we find the real
world, the world after the book, we all face the tough task of finding work.
Today in our country is very difficult to find a job according to our studies and
expectations either due to the acceleration of national and international markets,
new needs that they represent, the large number of graduates is increasing every
year without any a significant increase in jobs or for other reasons, it appears that
professionals should specialize more and more to get better jobs and be
competent in the market, not just a degree, currently takes more to get a position in
accordance with that each of us wants.
However, in today's news it was released that the large number of well-trained
workers have complained about since qualify for the jobs they are seeking.
So, how can we get a job?
People who obtained the required work, give some advice about how you can get
the desired job, here are some examples:

In the interview, think positive, do not try to be someone you are not, avoid
speaking ill of old workings and tell only the truth.
Highlight your qualities, but do not overdo it.
Training: the more qualified you are and the higher your experience, the more
likely you.
Honest and natural is, demonstrate principles and values.
Motivation: convince the interviewer that you are not only prepared for work but
also excited, that you love and you will give yourself to it, putting all your effort.

And for those who are overqualified, they are advised of the following:

Tailor your resume: if you go to apply for a job that does not require all the
knowledge and experiences that you show on your resume, it is best that cuts
some parts of the document for you to see "less professional".
Avoid talking about the salary.
