The Conductor Rail is manufactured from aluminium. The aluminium rail has stainless steel contact
strip. Conductor Rails can be installed in any number of poles either vertically or horizontally.

Testing

1. Support Bracket (to support & fix the conductor rails)

Support interval: 1.5m 2.5m.
Installation: 1. weld the support bracket onto the steel beams.
2. Secure by steel rails clamp.

Hangers (to support & fix the conductor rails, support interval: same as support bracket)
Installation: Clip on the Hanger onto the insulation housing.
Caution The support interval is same as Support Bracket.

3. Conductor railprovide power supply to mobile machinery

Installation: lift up the conductor rail with the pre-install hangers, insert the bolts on top of
hanger into the 10mm hole of the support bracket, tighten the nuts.
Caution: 1. must lift the conductor rails at both ends due to long length.
2. The conductor rail must at straight line and parallel with each others.
4. Joint Boxto protect join part & secure the conductor rails in place
Number: for any joining parts.
Installation: slot in the rail coupler into the conductor rail, tighten the bolts & nuts, fix the joint
box cover and pins.
Caution: tighten the bolts & nuts of the rail coupler before install the joint box cover.

5. Power Feed Box (to provide power supply to the conductor rails)
Number: depend on voltage drop and unit of machine.
Installation: drill a hole at both end of the Joint Box. Slot in the cable and connect to the bolts
of the Rail Coupler. Tighten the bolts & nuts. Fix the Joint Box & insert the pins.
Caution: must tighten the bolts & nuts.

6. End Cap (to cover both ends of the conductor rails)

Installation: slot the end cap into both ends of the conductor rails.

7. Current Collector (to provide power supply to machine)

Number of unit: according to capacity of current collector, number of machine, and total
current required.
Installation: fix the current collector onto the Towing Arm, and connect the cable from the
carbon brush.
Caution: the current collectors arm must parallel with the conductor rails.
Installation Tolerance: Horizontal + - 40mm, Vertical + - 30mm
