The powerful 2.0 litre petrol, 2.7 litre petrol
and 2.5 litre diesel engines, 3.0 litre diesel and
4.0 litre V6 petrol engines are built to stand
the test of time. And with great power comes
great agility. The Hilux range has built a name
of excellent manoeuvrability, handling and
stability. The 4x4 models deliver high capacity
part-time transfer, shaft and AI (Artificial
Intelligence) SHIFT control on the 4.0 litre
automatic models enables comfortable driving
by automatically switching the shifting pattern
according to any road condition and your intent
as a driver.
Even when the going gets tough, the Hilux
remains smooth and stable. The 4x2 models
have a front suspension with a double-wishbone with coil spring and the 4x4 models have
a high-mount-type upper arm front suspension.
The rear suspension has a combination
of leaf springs and twin tube shock absorbers
to handle the toughest of terrains and road
conditions.

has been shaped and evolved from over 4 decades
of toughness. Always improving. Always striving
for more. Always pushing boundaries.
The powerful Hilux body is held together
securely with bold, modern lines. The stylish
grille, headlights and tail-lights grab attention
and the no-nonsense rounded, colour-coded
front bumper is perfectly integrated into the body
of the bakkie. The unmistakable over-fender and
chrome-plated mirrors* with integrated indicators*
give the Hilux a sharp image that rules the road.
Fog lamps* and a rear step bumper* with
chrome trim* dont go unnoticed.
The wheels range from 15" and 16" steel and
15" alloys to 17" alloys on Xtra Cab Legend,
Double Cab Legend and Single Cab Legend
models. The rust-resistant body on all models will
last for the long haul. The total tough package is
wrapped up in dynamic and deep metallic colours.

Heavy-duty loadboxes carry the toughest outdoor gear so that you and your Single Cab are ready for anything. Single Cab SRX models
have electrically adjustable exterior mirrors, colour-coded bumpers and a painted radiator grille that add brawn to their image.
Top-of-the-range Legends, already loaded with luxury, have a high-mount brake light, indicator lamps set into the outer mirror, audio
