with all they can, helped me in making my On-the-Job Training a possible one.
To my Parents, for their unconditional love and support, for providing all my needs
and wants financially and morally, for their never fading advices and for being there for me no

To my companions during our practicum training, Lovely Jay Lomonsod and
Alberly Layasan, I enjoyed your company. Thank you for being with me through thick and thin.
To Mr. Reginald Padillo and to his family, staffs and Technicians of XD Wondertech
Computer Sales and Services thank you for allowing us to trained on your company. Thank you for
all the things that youve taught to us and for all the happy memories that we build together.
And lastly, to my Almighty God, thank you for the guidance, strength, power of
mind, protection and skills and for giving me a healthy life. All of these, I offer to you.

SUMMARY
As a graduating student who is taking up Diploma of Electronics Technology(Computer
Technology) , the course requires us to undergo the On-the-Job Training in order to experience the
real world of works. And this activity will help us to develop our skills and knowledge to succeed in
our future workplace.
Upon completing the number of hours needed for my On-the-Job Training, this is the
summary and report of experiences and activity that I have undergone during my On-the-Job
Training at XD Wondertech Computer Sales and Services.
This activity is one of the most unforgettable and remarkable periods in my life. It is the
time when a student has to adjust himself/ herself to the nature of the company or agency where
he/she belongs. During those days I am always busy, working in the company dealing with my
Technicians and company staffs as well as with different clients. On-the-Job Training was not really
an easy task at all. Through this activity, I realized that working is not an easy job and that every
person differs in so many ways.
This activity helped me a lot in developing my personality as well as boosts my selfconfidence in the workplace. It was a fruitful and enjoyable despite those hardships and problems I
have encountered. It really enriched my knowledge and skills. It gave me also strength to face
those trials that awaits me after graduation. This will serve as my stepping-stone to fulfill all my
goals in my life.
I really learned a lot from the activities performed that provides situation for development.
Im looking forward to apply all what I have learned in the actual performance in my future
workplace.

OBJECTIVE
To enhance my knowledge and skills acquired in the classroom in order us to
become more responsive to the demands of Computer Technology Profession.
To be more matured of what are the possible things I am facing in the near future.
To develop the value of professionalism, love of work and commitment to what
people I am serving.
Feel and experience the actual world of work in hardware services.

COMPANY PROFILE
XD WONDERTECH COMPUTERS SALES AND SERVICES located at
Mariano Badelles St., Poblacion, Iligan City. They offered CCTV installation, computer and laptop
repair, pc coin box installation, computer maintenance, continuous ink system (CIS) , and printer
repair. They also sales laptop, personal computers, processors (AMD/INTEL), mother boards
(asus/msi/emaxx/gegabite), video cards (AMD/msi/ ), monitors, cctv, karaoke, automatic water
vending machine and many more.
This company is owned and manage by Mr. Reginald J. Padillo. This
company have its branch at Ozamis and Pagadian. This company have a skilled, well trained and
ready to teach technicians, good and responsible management.
XD WONDERTECH COMPUTERS SALES AND SERVICES is one of the
most costumers visited in Iligan city because of the good quality of the companys product.

On-The-Job Training Activities

During the training, I learned on how to communicate with the Technicians and
staffs of XD Wondertech Computer Sales and Services especially to the Clients. I also learned on
how to make myself more responsible in doing the task that assigned to me. I learned on how to be
more attentive in the instructions given by the Technicians of the shop. I observed what kind of
work that the Technicians do. I met new people specifically the other trainees from the different
school.
On my OJT, I realize the importance of training and experience that may apply on
my future career. I am so glad because I had the opportunity to become a trainee in XD
Wondertech Computer Sales and Services. The following are some of my experiences during my
training as an OJT at XD Wondertech Computer Sales and Services.

PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED
In everything that we do in life, there is always a challenge. We all know that life is full of
excitement. There were times that we are about to give up but it was just a part of the challenge
that we to have to face in everyday life.
At first few weeks of my duty, I am uncomfortable because I am still adjusting with the
environment including with the clients especially with the Technicians of XD Wondertech Computer
Sales and Services and to the Proprietor of the shop, our boss, Mr. Reginald Padillo who is always
there to monitor us of what we are doing. During these past few weeks, as I am entering the shop,
at first I do not know what to do and who are the persons that I need to talk with because there is
no formal introduction.
I also encountered a problem in time management because there were days that I am
always late because they told us that we will be the one who will made our time and I think I am
taking advantage of that.
I also encountered a hard time in communicating our boss, Mr. Reginald Padillo, the
Technicians and Staff of XD Wondertech Computer Sales and Services because when I am looking
and talking at them I am getting afraid and uncomfortable.
During home service. I am always shy asking our costumer what is the problem of their PC
or PisoNet and I am uncomfortable looking at them. Especially when we forget to bring a tools
during Servicing my face is getting red and I am always looking at down.

RECOMMENDATIONS
These days, there are lot of students taking up Diploma in Electronics Technology
(Computer Technology). Part of their course requires to undergo an On-the-Job Training (OJT) to
develop their skills and to enhance their knowledge as they face the real world of work.
The student should be given more computer works so that they can practice their skills and
through that they can acquire knowledge and information which will help them in the future.
