JOB DESCRIPTION
PRINCIPAL PURPOSE OF JOB (GENERAL DESCRIPTION):
1. Performs overall sales and marketing related functions, i.e. business development, marketing,
customer service, inquiry and order handling.

LEVEL OF AUTHORITY:
Performs routine and non-routine duties according to the order and instructions of the
Top Management. Is authorized to prepare sales documents i.e. Quotations, Job Orders,
Order review, and transaction records relating to customer service.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed primarily in an office setting both inside and outside the company.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:


1. Responsible for developing new customers and promotion of company products and offerings.

Prepares sales quotation and send to customer upon approval of the Vice President.
Monitor sales results and upcoming orders.
Prepare sales forecast and delivery schedule.

Attend customer inquiry, order request and customer visits as needed.


Promote company offerings and present good company image while engage in customer dealings.
Initiate conduct of contract review and negotiation with customers requests.

Acts as customer service representative, to attend feedback, complaints and followups.

Measure perception of customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction and analyze
results to enhance satisfaction.

Ensure compliance to procedure and requirements of Quality Management
System standards.

ADDITIONAL JOB FUNCTIONS:


1. May perform portions of the work of higher classified jobs occasionally, as assigned.
2. May perform duties of similar complexity in a department or in the whole
organization as required or assigned.

JOB SPECIFICATION/REQUIRED COMPETENCY


WORK EXPERIENCE:
1. 1 2 years work experience in the same position or work function
2. At least 1 year related work experience in manufacturing set-up.
3. At least 1 year work experience as staff level position.
EDUCATION:
1. Bachelors Degree in Marketing or any Management Course.
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES:
1. Selling and Negotiating skills
2. Skills in organizing work, setting priorities, and planning ahead.
3. Leadership skill.
4. Strong interpersonal relationship skill.
5. Excellent communication skills including active listening and effective
speaking.
6. Proficient in the use of office software (i.e. Excel, MS Word, Power point).
7. Knowledge in government laws and regulations.
8. Knowledge in ISO 9001 Standard
9. Ability to handle interpersonal transactions and diplomatic undertakings.
