AGREEMENT
This contract made and entered into this ____ day of ______________,_____ by and
between VISIONPULSE CREATIVE, herein after referred to as Provider and
_____________________________________________________________________,
a representative of ________________________________________________, and
herein after referred to as Promoter. Promoter hereby engages Provider to provide
Talent and Provider hereby agrees to have Talent perform at the engagement herein
after referred to within the terms and conditions contained herein.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The Providers fee for this event is $____________ of which a deposit of
$____________ is required upon signing contract. Deposit should be made payable
to VISIONPULSE CREATIVE in the form of credit card, certified check, money order, or
bank wire within five (5) business days of signing the contract. No personal checks will
be accepted for Deposit. The balance of $______________ shall be paid to the
assigned Onsite Talent Representative in cash upon arrival at venue immediately prior
to performance unless otherwise noted below where special arrangements have
been made.

2. A minimum of ten(10) days cancellation is required to receive a refund. If adequate
notice is not given, the deposit will be forfeited. Bookings are not confirmed until
deposit and contracts are received. Talents name shall not be used on publications
(flyers), or any other promotional materials until receipt of booking confirmation.
3. Promoter agrees to provide a lawful, secure venue with all necessary permits to
conduct the event.
4. When applicable, Promoter shall provide one suitable overnight accommodations
with late checkout.
5. It is agreed and understood that for if any reasons other than the failure of the
Promoters to produce these events according to the standards agreed upon herein,
an act of God, Civil war, or any other natural disaster of which the Talent has no
control, the Talent will be ready and able to perform as per the agreement. If the
Talent fails to appear for any reasons other than those stated above, it is agreed that
the deposit will be returned to the Promoter fully, and promptly.
6. The Promoter, by signing this agreement, warrants he/she is eighteen (18) years of
age or older and is authorized to enter into a legally binding contract.
7. This agreement may not be changed, modified, or altered in any way except under
full agreement by an authorized agent of both the Promoter and agent of the
Provider.
8. This contract shall be interpreted under the laws of the state of California and the
California courts shall have full jurisdiction over disputes arising here under.
