THIS CONTRACT LIMITS OUR LIABILITY - READ IT

Customer and Company agree as follows: At Customer's sole risk,
Customer may park vehicle in an unoccupied space, subject to the following
conditions: Customer shall remove from vehicle all contents of value.
Customer must set hand brake before leaving vehicle. Customer agrees to
inspect vehicle before leaving lot. Company shall only be liable for its own
willful injury to the parked vehicle. Customer's claim of damage or loss
must be reported and itemized in writing on Company's form before vehicle
is removed from the auto park following a claim of loss, and if not so made,
any such claim is waived by Customer. Should Company agree to make
repairs to Customer's vehicle at its expense, Company has option to choose
the place and person to make repairs. Customer agrees that any lawsuit by
Customer for any claims must be filed within 90 days from date of parking
when alleged damage occurred, in court of jurisdiction where claimed loss
occurred. In all court actions the burden of proof to establish claim remains
with Customer. Company is not responsible for damage by fire, theft or
mechanical defects. COMPANY NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ARTICLES
LEFT IN CAR NOR WILL COMPANY ACCEPT POSSESSION OR
BAILMENT OF SUCH ARTICLES. ATTENDANT HAS NO AUTHORITY TO
BIND COMPANY OR CREATE BAILMENT FOR ANY SUCH ARTICLES.
Company is not responsible for vehicles after closing time, as posted at lot.
Any keys left with Company must be picked up by Customer prior to closing
time. COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OF USE OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Total liability of Company to Customer is
limited to $250.00 for all damages or loss. This contract is not assignable.
This is the entire contract, and no employee can modify it. Customer
waives all rights in conflict with the foregoing.
