I am lucky to get implant Industrial Training at RELIANCE WEBWORLD. I am

sincerely to the entire staff member at RELIANCE WEBWORLD who had played vital
role in successful completion of my Industrial Training (semester V).
I am hearty thankful to Mr. Arvind Dave for allowing me to undergo my training

period at company end giving me the golden opportunity to get familiar with the field and
implement the knowledge that I gather during the college period.
I convey my heartfelt gratitude to my collage “Parul Polytechnic Institute” for

giving me this precious opportunity to work in the industry for the real time project.
I am highly indebted to Miss. Hetal J Vala, HOD, Computer Department, Parul

Polytechnic Institute who had been constant source of inspiration and drive throughout
the project. She has escorted me personally. I am greatly benefited by her guidance,

ABSTRACT
Reliance Infocomm offers a complete range of telecom services, covering mobile and
fixed line telephony including broadband, national and international long distance services,
data services and a wide range of value added services and applications that will enhance
productivity of enterprises and individuals.
Reliance Web World is the retail interface initiative of the Infocomm juggernaut and a
part of Reliance's strategy of vertical integration.
