Dear Dhvani,
MAGAZINE TUTORIALS
Firstly, let me tell you that this has been the toughest gift Ive ever
worked on! I realised it pretty soon but by then Id already made up
my mind that you are way too special and I knew how much you would
value it.
This had to be big and so I asked 25 of your close ones to contribute to
the magazine. (Yeah, you have tons of friends!). Google Forms came
very handy to collect the answers from everyone. Putting it all together
was a pain though- a fun learning nevertheless.
Zain and Majid helped a lot with the magazine and as much as I
wanted to do this with you too, I had to control myself from sharing the
slightest of details with you. Its done finally- I felt like I would never
be able to finish it. I hope you enjoy going through it as much as Ive
enjoyed making it.
Just remember, you mean the world to me and I consider myself super
lucky to have you in my life. You deserve the best and Ill support you
in every way possible, to the best of my abilities. Ill always be there

love Dhvani and so we
decided to take some
time out to interview
Dhvanis family, friends
and co-workers. We
interviewed 25 people and were not surprised to
see how much this beautiful young lady is loved
and adored by all.
Her family tells us all about her childhood
and how she has now grown up to be a strong
independent woman. A woman, who we know
has her head high on her shoulders knowing
exactly where she is going. Her friends talk
about their fond memories with the lass and
why she means so much to them. Looking at
the responses, we surely would love to be close
friends with Dhvani and take one of those crazy
vacation trips with her.
We knew if we had to dig further, we had to
speak to her co-workers. After all, work is where
one spends most time at. We learnt that not only
is she very professional in her approach at work,
but a very friendly and caring person to work
with too. The team here at Belle is screaming
to hire her- alas, if only she wasnt a celebrity
already!
We also did a short poll to see what her loved
ones had to say given the choice to pick from a
list of answers. The questions asked are on the
next page, while you can see the results of the
poll at the end of the interviews section. We were
very surprised with some of the results while
some were a given. One thing we do know for
sure is that this girl loves to party!
Get ready to laugh at some of those witty and
humorous responses and dont be surprised if
you do shed a tear or two at some of the emotional
ones. We would like to thank everyone that took
the time out to participate in the interview. A
big thank you to Majid for personally visiting
Dhvanis family at her place to interview her

How was she during her childhood?
She was very cool and calm. My daughter indeed.
Describe a time/moment where you felt really
proud of her?
Proudest moment has to be when she got her first
job after her first ever interview. It ascertained
me that my daughter is an adult now and she can
achieve anything she sets her mind on.
A special memory that you have with her?
When she was 8-9 years old, she had an accident
on a twin bike with her brother Deep. We rushed
her to the hospital and the doctor kept questioning
her in the emergency room to which i used to reply
instantly.

She was all my sweetie girl and attached to me till
9th grade however, she gradually drifted towards
dad side upon his return to muscat.
She was my dearest kid while we were in Sohar.

During our tough times, she was really supportive
and understanding. Till date, I feel really proud
of how she did everything to help her family. Its
something I can never forget.
When she finished KG2, considering she was
underage, her teacher advised us to make her
repeat the year since it would be best for her to do
so at an early stage rather than later.
When we visited India in the summer holidays,
if anyone asked her which standard she was, she

How long have you known Dhvani and how
did you first meet her? (Ooops, this question
was asked by mistake)
I was probably the first amongst everyone else in
here to be introduced to Dhvani. Known her for
exactly 26 years as of 13th Aug 2015.
The best sister you can ask for, surely! :)

Thinking back, and this makes me quite sad,
Dhvani and myself have only lived together up
till she was 8 years old and have lived apart for a
major part of our childhood since then.
A constant companion for everything, extremely
trusting (the number of times I have misused

Ajaykumar Gandhi?
She is extremely thoughtful and will take a bullet
for her loved ones.
She may come across as childlike at times
but actually she is very mature, sensitive and
intelligent.
Last but not least she is a complete daddys little
girl :)
did you first meet her?
Since 2004 and I first met her when I went to meet
my mother in law for the very first time. :)

Deep had told me she had won a certain beauty
pageant The Bahja Queen and I had also seen
her all decked up model like pictures. With she
being so young and into all of fashion I so was not
sure what to expect but there she was - a simple
pretty girl sitting in shorts and and an old t-shirt
straightening Deeps hair!

I found her very down to earth, welcoming and
sweet.
What I loved about her and still do was that
she came across as a simple girl. No pretense or
showiness.
I have loads of good memories with Dhvani but
I remember soon after we had just met - we had
gone out late night on a bike with Deep.
We both were riding pillion and were singing
really loudly. Deep was getting really embarrassed
by our behavior but that made us do it even more.
I think we bonded really well.

you first meet her?
I think I must know her for about 14 years now
and the first time I locked eyes with her eyes
mustve been in a group of people in school. It was
very special moment since people around us were
talking a lot and I just wanted to get out of there
probably.
What were your thoughts when you first met her?
Well, I just made up some stuff in the previous
question, i can do more.
I was really impressed by her physical appearance
and her demeanour. The way she carried herself
was clear that she was FOB. What got my attention
was how precisely she pronounced every W as a V.
A trademark quality she possesses till date.
This is really unfair, I cant possibly pick one of so
many memories.
But Ill never forget our days together in Oman,
just the two of us.
I recall our first drive to Dubai, I guess that stands

Me and Dhvani - Thailand Trip
In Bangkok, came out early morning at around 4
from route 66 and were wandering on the road
getting back to the hotel.
In the middle she saw Abhishek Bachan in
a hat and started dancing and it was some tall
white dude with a hat !!.... later we saw a group
of Monks on the road... extremely quiet and
peace full group against drunk us.. we ended up
Swatika with our hands joined to all of them.....
