CIRCULAR REGARDING BOOKS FOR THE YEAR 20162017

Dear Parents,
We would like to inform you that online booking

2017 will

be

books

stationery

for

21st April 2016 to 30th April 2016. If the parents are applying for transfer
certificate or waiting for transfer and not sure, we request them not to
order books.
Note for ordering of Books:

It is mandatory for all the parents to make the online payment

for the books on the above said dates and no orders will be
taken in school.
Books and Stationery need to be ordered in full sets only.
Individual items are not sold.
Language books are not included in this set. They need to be
bought separately by paying cash to the respective language
teachers after the school reopens.

Procedure to access online ordering screen for books.

Please access pupilpod.kumarans.org in your browser window.

Enter your email-id and password to login.
Click on Details button by selecting the year 2016-2017 for each of
your child. In your childs details page, click on Buy Merchandise link.
Two separate links for online ordering of books and uniforms are
provided. Please follow the details mentioned below to place orders for
books.

Procedure to place orders

Step 1: Create the Order
Click on the link to create new order for books. This will take you to the Order
Form.
Choose the class and Click on "Save" to save the order.
Steps 2: For Online Payments : Select the mode of payment Online payment
and Click Next
1. In this screen, Fee details with processing fee is displayed Click to make
payment
2. Please DO NOT use back button, DO NOT reload/refresh the page when making
an online payment.

3. Select the Bank from the Atom Website screen and complete the transaction
process.
4. After the transaction, the message Your payment was successful is displayed
on the home page for confirmation.
Step 3: Print the order
Click on view order then click on Print.
This will open another window which shows the order in a printer friendly layout.
Click on Print this Page.
Please carry the Printed Order Form at the time of books collection.

The Printed Books Order Form needs to be attested in the counter

near Computer Lab and the same needs to be produced to
collect the books.
The books receipts will be available online in the month of May.

Parents are requested to come only on the assigned

respective classes to avoid crowd, chaos and confusion.

NOTE:

It is mandatory for the parents to bring the print out

of the order form for Books, without which the books
will not be issued.
No provision for the parents to take the order prints in the school.
Parents are requested to carry Jute bags to collect
the books.
Parents need to buy the NCERT & CBSE books from
outside. (For classes VI to X) Please find attached

the book list and the address of the book stores.

The approximate cost of the language books are as follows (need to be

paid by cash near the books counter and the books will issued after the
school reopens)
