Condence is trusting your strengths and talents, to some extent, in order to complete the job successfully, whereas
Over Condence arises whenever you step ahead without having any pre-knowledge of it, which ultimately gives a negative
outcome. So we must be Condent but not Over Condent .

11. What is the difference between handwork and smart work?
Hard work may be directed or undirected, skilled or unskilled but smart work is essentially skilled and all the unnecessary actions

Anger is a nature to human being, The main-thing is every human can control the anger but it cannot be avoided. There may be
situations where I get angry. But my anger is as fragile as a water bubble. It lasts only a few seconds. I dont take any such things
to my heart.
18. Give me an example of your creativity.
Creativity is to create innovative idea and to modify old things to new one. I cant remember any particular example right now but
my creativity lies in every work what I do daily. Always try to implement something new that makes hard work into smart work.
Example : During my 7th semester in college, we were given the topics to do our Mini project. Even Though there were 4 friends
along with me, it was me who conceived the idea of creating an experimental set up which earned lots of appreciations from the
Teachers and Colleagues.

As a young graduate it has been always my dream to be a part of this organization.

me I considered myself that I am denitely qualied for this position.

Sir, in my opinion goodness and badness are both relative. Things good today might be bad tomorrow. An outlaw today could be
the lawmaker tomorrow. So I believe lie is yet another tool which if used with an ethical sense does make sense. And if such a
reputable company as yours demands me to speak a lie then it must surely be for a reason. And as an employee I must add

Money may come today and go tomorrow, but the knowledge, experience I will gain from your company remain with me forever.
So my duties will always continue.

No I would not continue working for a few reason. Life is all about experience. From the 10 million I would allocate a certain
amount of money to provide myself with experiences that I could only have imagined. I would travel the world experiencing new
cultures, lifestyles, activities and meeting people the world over as this would help in forming me as an individual. I would also
allocate money to generate more money through strategic investments and growing my own savings. I would also allocate a
certain amount to help with the betterment of the lives of children in our country.

I dont think so hard for taking a decision. I usually believe in taking appropriate decision and prove it right for me.

Take the word mistake as liberally as possible and go back to your student life to answer this question. Probably you can say, if I
could go back to my student life, I would have studied Biology instead of Maths.

This question gives you an opportunity to let the interviewer know that other companies are also interested in hiring you and
gives you leverage while negotiating the salary. You can say, Yes, I am in the nal round of discussion with two other companies.
Approach the interviewer as a Problem Solver and not as a Job Beggar.

You can maintain your integrity by refusing to disclose the names. You can simply say, they havent notied these openings so I

You can say that I am very ambitious in the way that I dont like to get a feeling of stagnancy. I want that I should always be
getting new experiences and learning new things.

Repetitive work can get boring at times. However, the more you practice, the better you get. If my work demands me to do
repetitive work, ill do it. However, I do expect some creativity.

The basic purpose is to check your level of maturity here and how well you get along with people. At work, you nd different
personality traits and with time you learn to deal with them. So, rather than saying that I can not work with people with this
particular personality trait focus your answer on some traits which even employers do not like. For e.g. People who are not team
players, people who are not committed to their work, people who do not like to take responsibilities. The interviewer will also
think that I dont like to work with these types of people too.
65. If you face a problem with your own performance, what would you do.
1.The purpose here is to see if you are able to identify the problems with your own performance and take corrective measures. To
answer this question, you can say something like, If I face a problem with my own performance, I will try to estimate how big is
the problem, what is causing the problem and then take action on each of the listed things.

something like: Sir, as you know I am a fresher and if I switch the jobs very quickly then it will be a question mark on my stability,
which will affect my career. Above all, I have to learn and increase my technical knowledge as well. Money comes with
knowledge. So, I am here to learn and provide my best to the company.

growth potential in the same company, I will continue to work. However, if I dont see any further growth, Ill humbly inform him
about my decision to move on.
68.Dont you think ,you are overqualied for this position.
1.Sir I think I am not at all overqualied for this position. I am fully qualied for this position. As I am a fresher I need some
experience from your company to implement my theoretical knowledge to practical world and to enhance my practical
knowledge.
2.Thank you for your perception about me but I think I am qualied for this post but not overqualied because I am just a
beginner and have lots more to learn. I think qualication is not only a matter of theoretical knowledge or results; it also depends
on practical knowledge and learning. When I will get practical knowledge then I would consider myself just a well-qualied not
overqualied. Because learning never ends.
69. How long can you commit to work with us.

your performance while at others; it could be the pressure of meeting the deadlines. The purpose of this question is to see, how
you handled that pressure. So, mainly talk about what did you do to not let your focus dilute like drawing a proper plan to meet
the expectations, prioritizing the right activities, starting and nishing them till end and staying dedicated to the nal outcome.
2. Pressure according to me is something which takes your best out of you and you deliver the best not just to do what you were
asked to but also you deliver more than what was expected from you. So its all about how stable your mind is.

what would you do to resolve the conict?
No doubt there can be different approaches to do a work. It is more important that you evaluate each of them and take the right
one. So, if you are faced with this question, you can say something like, I understand that there could be more than one
approached to do a thing. If I am faced with a situation as quoted by you, Ill evaluate both solutions and take up the one which is
right and will get results faster.

The answer to this question should be given very smartly. Even though the answer may differ from person to person, avoid
answers like I dont think I have made any mistake , I can never make mistakes etc. This creates an over condent impression.
Dont try and mention something that may have an adverse effect. I rectied my mistakes by immediately consulting my manager
or someone who was more experienced. I made it a point to not repeat it and learn out of it.
81. Would you like to work in a team or on your own?
1.The agenda behind this question is to understand if you are a team player or a solo performer. It might be risky to choose any
one of them as the role for which they are considering you might need you to be a team player but the career progression which
they might consider for you down a years time may need you to handle a more autonomous position.
It is better to answer this question by saying that I dont have any such preference. I can comfortably handle both the situations,
as the need arises. Now back it up with examples where you successfully worked in a team and where you performed an
autonomous role.
2. I would denitely like to work in a team. It helps to learn new things, explore new people, exchange ideas etc.

1.The agenda behind this question is to understand if there had been times of dip in your career and if you lay the blame for them
on others. Theres nothing to be ashamed of if there have been short gap in your employment. You can justify it by giving a
convincing reason. Look at your qualications and social environment and relate your achievements to them, to answer this
question.

1.The agenda behind this question is to understand your management style. A good answer to this question could be, I will try to
establish the reasons for non-performance of the team and try to eradicate them.
2. I would try and nd a reason behind the same. I will ensure that they are well motivated to perform. Team may always not
perform because they are not skilled. Digging into the root cause should be the approach.
84. Would you take up this job if we offered it to you?
Again there are two ways to handle this question.
First Way: If you have built up a good rapport with the interviewer by now you can ask a more direct question, Are you offering it
to me? (with a smile and right body language). If they say Yes, you can say that off course, based on what we have discussed till
now I am enthusiastic in taking up this position. How soon would you be able to get me a written offer?
Second Way: Alternatively you can say, based on what we have discussed till now, I will be happy to take up this position but

2.A call centre or call center is a centralised ofce used for the purpose of receiving or transmitting a large volume of requests by

1. BPO gives you an international work experience, condusive work environment, great learning potential. Builds your
communicational and leadership skill and last but not the least pays you good for your hardships. Best option to start your career
today.
2. BPO sector is fastest growing sector, now with the growth rate of 32.6% and increasing day by day. the reason why I want to
see myself placed in a BPO is Im interested in this particular eld, moreover,its among the few sectors which provide the facility
of learning while earning.
Well get to know lot of new things and different exposure to different people while handling customers by which we can gain
knowledge. In BPOs, unlike other industries, individual talents are appreciated, so the growth of the individual on his own
capacity, and when any individual grows he plays some role and gives some contribution for the development of his company
such a feeling gives job satisfaction.

Communication skills play an important role in almost all the jobs you perform. Some need you to communicate internally with
your team members, boss or management while others need you to communicate with customers.

Now the agenda behind this is to know what the future plans are. Many turn up saying they have plans to give fulltime or part
time studies or planning to go abroad after certain time. Now the catch is employer wants to know whether your plans will affect
organizational mission, terms etc.
Always remember organization wants an individual who needs the job, who is willing and looking for growth in the job. So try
avoiding if there are any future plans you are not sure about. Just stick to the basics if possible (I am not planning anything for
atleast 2 years).
97. If well qualied, why do you want to work in a call centre?
Its not very hard to gure out why call centre is such a happening industry, especially among youngsters. Apart from career
building opportunities, good compensation and fast-track growth potential, one of the biggest factors that attract and retain
youngsters in BPO companies are the innumerable rewards, recognition and benets schemes, coupled with loads of exciting
events and competitions.
Working in a call centre also helps while applying for a Visa to a foreign country. It gives you added points and helps if you are
planning to immigrate as you are already familiar with their culture.It can help people to developed there grammar, uency,
pronunciations and skills to speak.
98. How to impress a customer?
When selling a product remember that you are the one (your company) who created the solution, so you know your customers
problem better than anyone else.
When you have no answer, or dont know an answer, make something up. A customer will always be impressed by someone
who knows everything.
Do not make them wait or leave them to assume what youll do.
Create a niche around your product/service that you offer, you need to know why your customers come to you.

Good customer service means having thorough knowledge of your inventory, experience with your products, and being able to
help customers make the best choices for them.

upstairs/downstairs?
They basically want to know what expectations you have from the company during your time there. If your expectations are, well,
odd or unreasonable, then you probably wont get hired.
You should say something like good communication and honesty. I like it when people are upfront with me about expectations

I would describe the ideal job as a job that makes the most of my qualications and abilities, and gives me a chance to constantly

encourage me to work at my best.

There are a few simple steps that can help you prepare for an appropriate statement to communicate that youre different:
a. Go through the job description and the company prole. Try to gauge what could be the key deliverables expected from an
ideal employee.
b. Make a list of your strengths The strengths need to include your transferable skills such as: time-management,
communication, Interpersonal-relationship skills, negotiation and soft skills. Analyse the strengths with the keyskills that an
interviewer might be looking for, in an applicant. If there are a few skill gaps or need gaps, prepare yourself to answer a query
that might focus at the concern.
c. Communicate your motivation level. Employers love motivated employees!! There is one more important point to remember.
You need to be assertive while answering the question for making the interviewer realize that you are the right t for the job, so

My professor may say I was the most tenacious student she had ever worked with. And the one who doesnt know me may say
calm going.

The college subjects I liked least were the ones that didnt pertain to my major. Once I got rolling on my path to become a
software engineer, I didnt nd much interest in learning subjects of other majors.

I would take the chance to put on more interest and effort in learning the subjects which I am weak at.

I was very poor in my speaking skills particularly when the communication was to be done in English. So I took some advice,

It is the quality of work and how satised you are from the work you do will determine the degree of importance of work and

Taking advantage of my strengths so that they are not wasted. Since nobody is lucky enough to be strong in every area, I think it
is important to make good use of ones strengths.

Lack of organization throws me off. To deal with this, I come up with some kind of system to organize things, even if it is only in
my head, in the case when chaos is desirable.

the environment/community, taking care of ones family, etc.

This is a very common situation for many people, but nevertheless a tricky question. You are likely to be embarrassed or worried
that talking about a previous failure hampers your job prospects. This need not be the case. No one can be perfect.
The employer here is most probably looking at your ability to deal with failure, learn from mistakes and also deal with other
peoples mistakes. If you have such experiences, be prepared with one.
Make sure that it is something that took place sometime back, was not too gigantic or drastic and something that offered you a
chance to learn from and apply that learning thereafter. The net result should be to show you in a better light.

over the freshers. So there is a need to give a chance to the freshers who can always be an asset to the company.
