A. INTRODUCTION
In todays competitive world, we, students need effective
communication skills that will equip us for a fast-changing work
environment in the future. To be competitive enough, we need to be
effective in our verbal communication which is a best medium for social
relationship with others. We all know that technical and communication
skills are highly desired by companies and the need for proficiency in
English is becoming essential for many posts.
Learning and developing effective written, oral and
interpersonal communication skills can help develop students emotional
intelligence and empathy through an understanding of their audience.
With that, they will be able to manage any situations effectively and
successfully. These skills are essential for us students to gain entry and
be successful in our future professions. These contribute significantly
toward positioning graduates as global citizens.
B. PRESENTATION OF DATA
B.1) New Dynamic English
This course provides sophisticated, highly motivating listening
and speaking activities promoting long-term learning. It has helped me
develop pronunciation and oral fluency, listening and reading
comprehension, and the ability to express abstract ideas and
relationships.
B.2) Functioning in Business
This course helps preparing students to deal with a range of
common business situations. Its exercises gave me the chance to learn
and practice the language necessary to operate successfully in business
interactions such as making an appointment, meeting in a restaurant or
hotel, and supervising a co-worker.
B.3) Dynamic Business English
This course has helped me develop my listening
comprehension, oral fluency, meeting skills, and confidence in English.
The course focuses on the language concepts, grammar, and vocabulary
needed to communicate in business situations across a wide range of
industries. Information questions and answers, oral presentations, and
interviews form the core of the course.

C. CONCLUSION & RECOMMENDATION

I am glad of being an enrollee of this course. I can say that my
speaking, listening and comprehension skills were enhanced in the course
of the program. I find this program really helpful and interesting as well.
Moreover, I believe that taking up the program can be an edge upon
lending a job.
The school should continue and maintain the implementation of
this program so that more students will be able to develop their English
language skills. With that, students will have their chances of accessing
highly-favored jobs in the future that requires an advanced level of English
proficiency. Also, they could be effective, efficient, and competent in their
respective fields.
