Theincrementaloptionallowsyoutorestrictthelistofparametersdisplayedinthe
dictionary.
Onlythefirstlevelofobjectsrightbelowtheselectedfeaturewillbedisplayedinthe
dictionary if the incremental option is unchecked, all the objects below the selected
featurearedisplayed.
Incremental mode is useful when you work with large documents and when the
parameterlistsarelong.
Abouttheformulaeditor:youwriteaformula,theformulaeditorprovidesyouwitha
dictionary. This dictionary exposes the list of parameters and you can use to define
formula. Depending on the category of objects to be referred to in the formula, the
dictionary is two or three parts. To insert any definition in the formula editor, just
doubleclicktheobjecteitherinthedictionaryorinthedoubleclicka,functioninthe
dictionary,itssignatureiscarriedforwardtotheformulaeditor.
It provides you with a means to create and manage component families. These
components can be for example mechanical parts just differing in their parameter
values.
