disqualifiedforbeingamemberofthathouse
if:

1. Hevoluntarilygivesupthemembershipofsuch
politicalparty
2. Anindependentmemberjoinsapoliticalparty
afterbeingelected
3. Anominatedmemberjoinsapoliticalparty
after6months
4. Amemberdoesnotactaccordingtothewhips
issuedbyhispoliticalparty

Exceptions
If1/3rdmembersofapoliticalpartyresign
fromtheirparentparty&formasplintergroup

Speakerofthehouseshallbefinal.Nocourtshall
havejurisdictionunderthisactw.r.tmembersofthe
house
