Minister? Clearing up lies and

confusion.

Islam to all members of the Moorish Science Temple of America and all
interested parties.
This is testimony from Sheik Way-El regarding my credentials as a Sheik as
issued by a brother who is the Grand Governor under his Grand Body, and Grand
Sheik of Temple 19 in Atlanta Georgia by the name of Heru Ranesi-El. The only
names that will be mentioned are those whom I am contention with about this
issue.
Over the past few weeks, regarding this topic, many brothers have been coming to
me with this thing within my own inner circle; that someone they are affiliated
with, said that they had heard from Heru directly that I was not ordained or
made a Sheik by him, directly. A few months ago, it was brought to my
attention that Heru Ranesi El, a brother that I believed to be a stand up brother,
posted on Facebook that my credentials were revoked. In believing that Heru was
a stand up brother, a Moslem, I dismissed this claim because why would this
brother make a Facebook post revoking my credentials instead of calling me and
saying it or, mailing me a missive in this regard? So I did not believe that at all
and neither did I see it or was it copied and pasted, or screenshotted and sent to
me.
Over the past two weeks, some brothers in Detroit have been making the claim to
our Grand Governor up there, that Heru is saying that he did not make me a
Sheik. Another brother whom I have been rotating with over the past few years
said that another brother told him the same thing down in Atlanta. I said, Thats
funny, why have I never heard any of these things from Heru himself?

I get a telephone call today from our Grand Governor up there in Michigan with
some other Moors, one of whom was insisting that I was not a Sheik because
Heru told him so directly. So they were asked to get Heru on the phone and they
got him on. The other phone was on speaker and to my shock and surprise, I
heard Heru tell these brothers that he did not make me a Sheik. When pressed on
the very document (which can be shown below) that they were looking at (I
emailed my proof), which were my Sheik credentials from Heru himself, he gave
an explanation that he had only made me an honorary Sheik. In another
conversation during a beef I was having with one of the brothers of the M.S.T. of
A. last year, Heru told the brother that he had only made me a temporary Sheik.
Before Heru Ranesi El got into his explanation, the Grand Governor for this
Grand Body asked Heru to call his phone directly while I was on the line so that
me and Heru can be on the phone together (as it should be). Heru said that he
could not because he was in the middle of making a transition. What was odd
was that, Heru kept speaking for about another 5-6 minutes on the other phone
explaining his making me a honorary Sheik. Why didnt he just call the Grand
Governors phone when asked so that he and myself can be on a line directly?
Wouldnt it had been better to just call the brothers phone so that we could both
be on the line together? Heru exclaimed that I had his number and that I could
call him anytime.
Heru would say that I wasnt making meetings or paying dues during his
explanation which I found EXTREMELY interesting. I proclaimed my nationality
in that Temple in 2008. At one point, I did not consider myself a member of said
Temple due to some things that was brought to my attention that I will not speak
here. There was no attempts made by Heru or any of his staff to get me to come to
ANY meetings or pay dues there. I had basically cut ties with that Temple so I did
not understand Herus claim.
Several issues must be pointed out here:

1.

Many people have heard Heru Ranesi El state that he never made me a
Sheik or a temporary and/or honorary Sheik, except me. Why?

2.

I was never told by Heru that my credentials were revoked, directly or

indirectly.

3.

Heru said he did not make me a Sheik, but then said he made me an
honorary Sheik, something that has obviously never been done (to my
knowledge) in the history of the Moorish Science Temple of America. How can
you not make someone a Sheik but an honorary Sheik at the same exact time?

4.

Me and Heru definitely have each others number so why was it that I kept
hearing about him not making me a Sheik or granting me temporary/honorary
credentials as opposed to him calling me or texting directly? Why did I constantly
hear this from third parties?

5.

Why didnt Heru just call the brothers phone that I was on so that I could
have simply asked him a few questions directly?
How I received my credentials
I received a text around November 2012 from Heru Ranesi El. The initial purpose
of the text escapes my memory however, during our texting, the brother
expressed to me that he wanted to make me a Sheik. I told him I wouldnt mind
however, I could not see myself under a brother like Dawid Ali El because he took
sides with some dirty Moors who were dissing the Prophet in public, just to go at
me. It was understood then by Heru my concerns and what he said concerning
this point, I forget. Nevertheless, I agreed to accept the credentials as a SHEIK &
DIVINE MINISTER. Around one month later, I traveled to Atlanta to visit some
brothers and sisters there and before departing Atlanta, me and several of these
brothers went to Herus barbershop/Temple. I went to build with brother Heru
and it was then that he gave me said credentials. There was NO mention of these
credentials being temporary, honorary, or probationary. In looking at said

credentials below, we see that these credentials DO NOT STIPULATE anything

stating that they are temporary, honorary, or probationary.

As you look at the EMPIRICAL EVIDENCE above, the claim of temporary,

honorary, or probationary as claimed by Heru being the reason why I was
given these credentials, are flat out dishonest. So either I am a liar, or Heru is,
and one of us IS lying.
If you all would notice, said credentials have an expiration date on it expiring in
2019. How do you make somebody a temporary or honorary Sheik for 7 years???
If it was probationary, wouldnt it be more like 90 days, 6 months, or a year???
In receiving these credentials, I maintained UP UNTIL THIS DAY that I was
made a Sheik by Heru. Several other Moors who were made Sheiks under Heru
would acknowledge this very fact during many online debates with those who
questioned me being a Sheik in the first place. Many Moors had contacted Heru
about this same exact things as well to where as this too was acknowledged by
him. At some point, HOW I was made a Sheik came into question. It is said that
Prophet Noble Drew Ali made Adepts on site back in his day; no rituals or
anything to the sorts. This same thing was said of Grand Governors, that they had
this power, and this was my understanding coming from Heru Ranesi El, Grand
Governor of the State of Georgia, for his group of Moors. When many Moors
started to state that the only way to make a Sheik & Divine Minister was via the
Adept Chamber, then it appears that Heru began to change his story about how
he made me a Sheik. STILL, NOT ONE PHONE CALL was placed to me. If I had
given a Moor some temporary credentials, it would SAY IT on the actual
documents. Also, if I felt that this Moor (the one given the credentials) was being
dishonest, I would have CALLED THIS MOOR MYSELF and let him/her know to
stop spreading the lie that you are fully functioning Sheik when you know that I
only made you an honorary one (I would never issue honorary credentials).
I never agreed to come to Herus meetings to solidify myself as a Sheik. In fact, as
a SHEIK & DIVINE MINISTER, I was given the AUTHORITY to start study
groups and Temples on my own power under authority of what our Prophet
Noble Drew Ali set up. After I had heard that the National Grand Sheik that Heru

was under, Dawid Ali El had pretty much fell back from the movement and
became some sort of voodoo priest, I was under the impression that said Temple
had no real power anymore and so with my Sheik and Divine Minister credentials
ISSUED ME BY HERU, I broke ties with that Temple and began the process of
creating a new Grand Body.
Who made Charles Kirkman Bey a Sheik, Divine Minister, and Adept? The
Prophet? Edward Mealy El? His being made a Sheik was called a MISTAKE by
Edward Mealy El (according to the history that I have and the official records)
and yet, that INC. Grand Body has one of the longest running Temple groups
alongside the John Givens El Grand Body. Many of these groups have made up
their own Adept lessons, books, grips etc., and yet, these ones are given a pass
and all attention is focused on Sheik Way El. Why?
Now, the jealous Moors have stooped so low as to call me a liar based on what
Heru Ranesi El DISHONESTLY told them. Again, one of us is a liar; either he is
lying or I am lying. My testimony is here FOR THE PUBLIC to see.
It appears that, because I was not given any of the DIFFERING rituals (there
should only be one set of rituals as given by the Prophet), that my Sheikhood is
not fully recognized. Although, I can find no instance where it is said one had to
go through the Adept Chamber to become a Sheik and Divine Minister as
mandated by the Prophet, I am hereby making this public proclamation:

I am hereby stepping down from my

station as Supreme Grand Sheik
(which was approved by several
brothers in our Grand Body during a
private meeting). Brother Arno Sutton
Bey of Detroit Michigan, a tried and

true Moor who has passed through

the A.C. of the M.S.T. of A. is hereby
recognized by me, Sheik Way-El, as
the Supreme Grand Sheik, and also
recognized by other Moslems of this
Grand Body, as the Supreme Grand
Sheik of this Grand Body of the
Moorish Science Temple of America
effectively immediately until further
notice.
I will no longer demonstrate in an official capacity of the Moorish Science Temple
of America until further notice.
From the streets to my actual unfolding into this Divine and National measure,
one thing that has never changed about me, and never will, of which I will
NEVER do is; Phony, Fake, lying on someone, or having someone lie on me. You
all have my testimony here. If I am a liar, you have to prove that I am. Now its
time for Heru Ranesi-El to bring forth his proofs to prove that I am a liar.

some of my closest brothers that I was basically set up to fail by this measure and then left out to dry. But Allah is the

D Way El What is also odd, was that I was JUST at this Temple at the end of October, me and the sister to my left.
That would've been a PERFECT time to pull me to the side and say "Look, I never made you a fully functioning Sheik,
maybe you misunderstood but that was not the case." I would've accepted that right then and there but of course, he
STILL would have to show and prove because NONE OF THIS was said in the interim according to memory
