surveyor of PT. CARSURIN, did attend on March 21 up to 24,2015 at bulking installation of PT. KARYA
INDAH ALAM SEJAHTERA, Satui and subsequently on board of BG. HAMCO CPO 2, while she was berthed
alongside at Satui, lndonesia to conduct full superintending of the loading of under mentioned parcel for
