Terms of the sale are cash. Each animal will be sold to the
highest bidder. The auctioneer will settle any disputes as
to bids. All cattle are to be paid for by the purchaser immediately after the sale and will not be released until settlement has been made, unless prior arrangements have been
made. Cattle will not be transferred until paid for in full. The
sale will be conducted in accordance with the complete Suggested Sale Terms & Conditions as set forth by the American Simmental Association.
Announcements: All announcements at the sale by the owners or
sale staff will take precedence over statements in the catalog. We
reserve the right to remove any sale lot not meeting the sale specifications prior to the sale.
Herd Health: Many of our consignors are certified Brucellosis free
and some are TB certified also. All of the consignors to The Magnolia
Classic have excellent herd health programs consisting of deworming, stringent vaccination procedures and balanced mineral usage. All
animals sell with health certificates from each consignors personal
veterinarian.

You will receive an email validation of your username and
be directed back to the EDJE Cast home page. Log in using
your newly created username and password.
Once you have logged in, select the specific event or auction
and click REGISTER TO BID.
Fill in all requested information, including the banking info,
read and agree to the Terms and Conditions, then click the
SUBMIT button. You will be assigned and emailed a bidder
number.
The auction video will start about 15 minutes prior to the
auction.
Click the View EDJE Cast Auction to view the auction.
After the sale, please contact the sale manager to arrange
payment for your online purchases. Delivery is the
responsibility of the buyer and should be arranged with
sale management. Liability becomes the sole responsibility
of the buyer upon the sale of the animal.
