G. GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS
An application for graduation commencement must be completed by
the date indicated on the academic calendar which is located in the academic
calendar section of the catalog. Students must be actively enrolled in the semester
that they graduate and meet the requirements of the degree, or they must meet the
requirements that are in place at the time they request the degree granted.

Complete a minimum of 122 semester hours, with the last 31 hours to


be earned at NCF.
Complete all courses required by the NCF College of Nursing
Must passed all the subjects taken without grade below 75%

Faculty performance appraisal is a written evaluation of the facultys


members job performance. It may include the supervisors comments and
recommendations, an action plan for both employee and supervisor and
performance goals for the next evaluation period. Information derived from the
performance appraisal shall be considered when making decisions affecting
member concerning the needs, continued assignments and opportunities for
advancement.
Performance appraisal should be completed upon the following;
a. After the initial probationary period
b. On or about each anniversary date of employment
c. When the faculty member is transferred or promoted to e new
position
d. When the faculty member is assigned to e new supervisor
In summary, faculty appraisal is conducted as means is to enhance the job
performance of each individual faculty member and as route to improvement the
organizational effectiveness and overall operation of the school. It is further
designed to reinforce TEAM MANAGEMENT approach and validate managements
commitment to a mutually supportive environment. The appraisal process is
designed to gather vital information and measurements about staff activities and
school operations useful to managements purpose in bettering the faculty output,
working conditions, faculty morale, and inner working of the school community as a
whole.
