How to become a United Games Affiliate

Afliates with United Games are people independently contracted to help share the products,
and are compensated according to the program explained here. Anyone, 18 years or older, can
participate in the United Games Afliate Commission Program by simply creating a United
Games Afliate account.
A one-time business suite cost of $29.99 is required to join the Afliate program. After the App is
released, this cost will increase to $39.99. In addition, the monthly technology subscription of
$9.99 is required to keep your Afliate account active. Afliates are permitted to refer other
afliates and are nancially rewarded when those they referred perform well.

Important Terms to Understand

The App: The mobile application created by United Games, a sports app allowing you to play along
live with your favorite teams, favorite sports, and favorite friends. Afliates are paid
when people they share this app with acquire and/or play tokens.
Tokens: Tokens are the virtual game currency, allowing you to play certain aspects of the app.
These tokens are acquired either by an in-app purchase, bundle purchasing, or by viewing sponsored advertisements.
Tier:

A level of organization in your Afliate team, based on the referral and sequence of
enrollment. A personally referred Afliate would be tier 1. If your tier 1 Afliate personally
refers another afliate, that person would be your tier 2. Inactive afliates are not counted as a tier. Players are also counted in the tiers based upon who referred them.

Zone:

A level of earning qualication. Each zone unlocked by an Afliate qualies that person
to earn a percentage of volume from additional tiers (according to the charts in this
document)

Volume: Cumulative amount of acquired or played tokens. Earning percentages are calculated
using these volumes, according to the explanation in this document.
Line:

The total volume of your personally sponsored Afliates organization. (If you sponsor 5
Afliates, you would have 5 lines).

Unlocking the Commission Zones

The United Games Commission Plan is structured into 4 zones. Each zone has additional layers
of commission payout possible (see the charts in each section for details). The zones are
unlocked according to the following qualications:
Unlock Zone 1: Be an active Afliate. This means youve paid your one-time Afliate business
suite cost and youve paid your monthly technology subscription in the commission month.
Unlock Zone 2: Be an active Afliate that meets the following additional qualications of:
5 Personally Invited (Tier 1) Active Afliates
25,000 in total team token volume
No more than 50% of total token volume can come from 1 Afliate line
Unlock Zone 3: TBA
Unlock Zone 4: TBA

3 Ways to earn as a United Games Affiliate

1 Commissions for Tokens ACQUIRED
Get paid when you introduce the app and tokens are acquired!
Every Afliate has the ability to share the United Games app with others, inviting
them to download the app and join in the fun. When they download the app from
your invitation, that player will forever be linked to that afliate. Each time any
player that is linked to you acquires a token, you earn a commission.
Tokens can be acquired one-at-a-time through in-app purchases, in discounted
bulk purchases, or through monthly memberships. Tokens can also be
paid for by advertisers who offer you the chance to click on their ad in
exchange for those tokens.
The commission is paid based on a tiered percentage of the
volume of tokens acquired, shown in the following chart.

This means that you not only can get paid on the purchases from the people who you share the
app with, but you also get paid on the purchases of the people they share with as well, as long
as you are qualied to do so. Commissions can be earned up to nine (9) tiers down, based
upon which zone you have unlocked in the commission plan

2 Commissions for Tokens PLAYED

Get paid when you invite others to play a specic game!
When a specic game is organized, a temporary tiered organization is formed according to who
invited who to play in that game. When you join that specic game, and you invite someone to
play in that game with you, as an Afliate you will earn a commission on the tokens spent during
that game.
This commission is also multi-tiered, which means that you not only get paid on the tokens
spent from the people who you invite, but you also get paid on the token played by the people
they invite as well... up to four (4) tiers down, based upon the zone you have unlocked that
month.
Players (who are not Afliates) who invite other players obviously do not earn commissions for
those they invited. Therefore, those commissions that would have been earned are paid to the
Afliate who is linked to those players.

3 Check Matching Commission

Afliates are nancially rewarded for sharing the App and inviting people to play the games. For
those who choose to do so, we also want to reward afliates for encouraging these same
behaviors in other afliates. You will be rewarded with a bonus which matches a percentage of
the commission that your Active Afliate earn for both their Tokens Acquired Commissions and
their Tokens Played Commissions. The percentage of that check match is as follows:

Afliate status and recognition do not
affect commission earnings. It is simply a
way to congratulate afliates for their
accomplishments. United Games will use
these recognition levels for various reasons
including public recognition, event participation, and other promotions. Your status

GLOSSARY
Active Afliate: An Afliate in good standing must have registered as an Afliate and be an active United
Games Afliate with a $9.99 monthly technology subscription.
Afliate: An independent contractor who has signed and completed the ofcial United Games Afliate
Agreement and whose Afliate Agreement has been accepted by United Games and whose relationship is
not otherwise terminated. Players are not Afliates.
Afliate Status: Recognition titles in United Games Afliate Commission Program. There are nine different status titles that can be achieved in the program. Each different status reflects the size and scope of
an individual Afliates business. (See the chart above for details.)
Commission: Earnings that are based on a percentage of the total volume of tokens acquired or played in
your organization according to the specications outlined in the commission plan.
Game: A group of people who come together to play along with a specic live sporting event.
Line: A descending line of Afliate enrollment starting with you. Each time you personally sponsor a new
Afliate, they become a new line to you. Also, all of your personal players (and volume coming from them)
is considered one single line to you.
Organization Volume: The total volume of an Afliate and his/her team from each personally sponsored
afliate line.
Player: A person who uses the app, but is not an Afliate.
Tier: A grouping of Afliates and players, organized for the purpose of calculating commissions. Afliates
and players that you invite are on your rst tier. Afliates and players that your rst tier invite are on your
second tier. A tier ends and another begins when an active Afliate is found in the organization.
Token: A unit that United Games has a point value assigned to. They are used to play games inside the
app.
Token Acquired: A token is acquired in order to play games. The tokens acquired are used to calculate
Afliate commissions in the commission plan. Tokens can be acquired through either membership
purchases, in-app purchases, or by earning them from viewing sponsored advertisements.
Token Played: A token that is played during a game. It allows the player to participate in certain aspects
of the game.
Volume: Each United Games token has a point value assigned to it. Volume is accumulated by purchasing
or using tokens by anyone in your organization. The points are used in calculating commissions for the
Afliate.
Zone: Commission payments are unlocked according to zones. Zone one is immediately available to all
active Afliates in good standing. The subsequent zones are unlocked according to certain qualications
shown above.
