To obtain a Network Support position, or similar position that utilizes my hardware and software
technical support skills that relate to the position. This in turn should provide me with a long-term
position with career advancement and personal growth opportunities.

I am an experienced and a well versed professional with over 10 years of Support in the area of

EXPERIENCE:

• Assist in the development and implementation of retention activities for the program to
help ensure the University meets budgeted retention rates.
• Monitor retention rates within the program to help identify faculty specific or curriculum
specific issues that may be causing students to withdraw from school.
• Work closely with the Director of Education in the implementation and development of
tools, reports, and management of the Kaplan University Assessment Plan. It is the
responsibility of the Program Chair to gather the data, write and make recommendations
on the assessment plan and to ensure that the campus complies with the use of
assessment plan tools.
• Assist Regional Program Chair in conducting program reviews and evaluations as
outlined in the program review process timeline cycle mandated by the University.
• Conduct syllabi review to ensure that each syllabus template, program descriptions,
course outcomes, and textbooks that have been prescribed by the University are being
used appropriately.
• Assist Program Chairs with conducting textbook reviews, peer reviews, and select hooks,
which meet higher education standards.
• Keep a master textbook list for the program.
• Assist Director of Education with in-service training and orientations with program faculty.
• Meet with program faculty regularly.
• Conduct classroom observations and performance evaluations as required by Director of
Education.
• Complete monitoring reports as required by the Academic Dean.
• Meet deadlines as assigned by the Academic Director of Education.
• Represent program faculty on regional assessment committee if requested.

Windows 2000 Server.
• Conducted Lab training in installing configuring, and troubleshooting the Operating Systems
