MACRES SYSTEM - Concrete Panels

SOIL REINFORCEMENT STRUCTURES WITH CONCRETE VERTICAL WALL
MACRES SYSTEM has been developed to realize soil
reinforcement structures. The system is developed through linear
reinforcement placed on the reinforcement soil, in consequent
layers connected to a flexible concrete wall.

CONCRETE PANELS
The concrete wall is realised coupling precasted panels placed
on the face of the structure, in relation to the specific
characteristics of each project. The panels have characteristics
that allow the construction of very high structures, heavily loaded.
The concrete panel could be delivered with the sight face in
different surface finishing:
Smooth concrete - typical finishing
Natural Stone - ornamental or local personalised stones, which
allows both a landscape inserting at low impact and the
possibility to recover the local hystorical origins.
With matrix - obtained through printable matrix.

The concrete panels MACRES have CE marking as per the

standard UNI EN 15258:

1372-CPD-1470

Materials
Concrete with guaranteed performance in conformity to EN
206 and UNI 11104;
Minimum class of compression resistance: C32/40 (UNI EN
206 and UNI11104)
Exposure class: XF1 in compliance to UNI11104 prospect 4
Framework steel (when present)
Steel type B450C
Lifting pins
Moulded steel DEHA type, having a resistance of 10 kN
Male balancing and female coating pipe in injected rigid PVC
Rubber support plates EPDM
Horizontal and verical joint finishing with separation function
from the back retaining wall, woven non-woven strips
delivered in rolls 40 cm height and 250gr/m 2.
