Candidates must be in sound health. He/She must be prepared to undergo such medical
examination and satisfy such medical authority as the Institute may prescribe.

Every successful candidate will be informed of the result of his/her application in due course
and any interim enquiries about the result will, therefore, be not answered.
7.
Candidates should satisfy themselves that they are eligible to apply before filling up the
application form. The conditions prescribed cannot be relaxed.
8.
A candidate who is found to have knowingly furnished any particulars which are false or to
have suppressed material information, will be disqualified and, if appointed, will be liable for dismissal without
notice.
9.
Possession of minimum qualification does not automatically entitle a candidate to be called for
Interview.

10. DOCUMENTS TO ACCOMPANY THE APPLICATION FORM

a) Academic qualifications:-True copies of degrees, and Last Pay Certificate in case of

those employed, and other certificates of academic nature certified by Gazetted Officers
(other than the applicant) should be attached to the application form. All certificates in
original must be produced only at the time of interview and shall not be attached to the
application form, if any of the originals are not produced at the time of interview when
asked for, the candidates are liable to be disqualified.
11.
If the applicant is employed and he/she feels that his/her application will not reach the Institute in
time, if forwarded through proper channel, he may fill in an advanced copy of the application on the prescribed
form and submit it to the Institute and get the original application forwarded through proper channel or
produce NOC from the present employer at the time of interview.
12.
Date of interview will be intimated by post through E-Mail (or) over telephone. The Office will not
be responsible for the late or non-delivery of the intimation posted to candidate. Candidates are, therefore,
advised to give their E-mail address, so that the intimation can be sent by E-Mail with relevant supporting
documents.
13.
The selected candidates will be required to join duty immediately from the date of issue of
appointment orders unless otherwise instructed in the order of appointment.
14. The Management reserves the right to fill up the vacancies or otherwise at its discretion.
