Subject: Proposal to do research on the Motivation for Innovation in Education

Abstract:
Innovative education refers that something new in current education system and motivation is the
frequently diversify once mental condition to a specific term. Motivation is a psychological
factor that one person started to believe or tried to adapt a new things. For example- If a primary
section of a Bangladeshi school continues their education by using tablet phone than itll be an
innovation for the education system and convince and preparing the teacher and the student
based on this system is a motivation. By using technology, they can reduce the cost and at the
same time it increases the technological knowledge of oneself.
From the perspective of Bangladesh, if we motivate the students in innovative skills, first thing
we have to go for the demand of those things whether there is any scope that people will except
that; later on we motivate the students to adapt the new technological education system.
Innovative education system can be mindfully implemented if it has the accurate place in
accurate time. In Our whole project we are going to describe motivation behind different
innovative educational system based on the students of Bangladesh. At the same time, which
innovative technique can motivate the students of Bangladesh in their education structure and not
only the student but also same for the teacher as well to adapt the new techniques.

Hypothesis:
Its tough enough to motivate a huge number of people to a specific education system where we
different nation follow different types of education system. According to Jeffery Phillips (2010),
we are not teaching kids the learning techniques and improvement for better skill. We need to
correct the concept of educational system beyond our classroom study. From that, we can say,
whatever the nation is, the main thing is to follow the accurate system which not only provide
adequate knowledge but also at the same time improve the skills.

Literature Review:
Jayne E. Stake explains the education in career and the motivation among female and male
undergraduates. Its basically based on the motivation career development programe. In
Bangladesh we can easily apply the career development method for the undergraduate students
by motivation them towards career. Another Author Michael Eraut who briefly define the
promotion innovation in teaching and learning problems, process and institutional mechanisms
which is about the innovative techniques and new system that can be adapted . Since our country
has lack of systematic techniques and innovation of new system, we can motivation to except the
innovative education technique to the general people. Ross Moen and Kenneth O. Doyle,Jr told
about the measures of academic motivation based on a conceptual review . Everard M. Williams
research on the Innovation in undergraduate teaching which instructed the program and gain
acceptance slowly in undergraduate teaching. From the perspective of Bangladesh innovation
teaching can programmed the sequence learning step. From the University of California in Los
angeles named E.Burton Swanson explain MIS Quarterly which contains innovation mindfully
with information Technology. Since Bangladesh is a country with huge lacking information, if
we implement this project, there is huge scope to get well known with innovative technology.

Research Methodology:
For research we have two system, one is secondary method and another is primary method. Since
our research topic doesnt need any survey of questionnaire, primary research is not actually
need here.

But except that we are using secondary research method. We will be doing qualitative research
on the subject. For that we will use various articles, books and journals published in websites like
J-Stor, Emerald, Google Scholar, etc.

Organization:
Our research paper will be divided into few parts like abstract, Acknowledgement,
methodology, literature review, letter of transmission, brief of the topic discussion, analysis,
findings, recommendations and conclusion.

Timetable:
We hope to complete our secondary research by 20th July. After that well start working
on our project according to the research. Hopefully, well be done with a complete research
paper by August .And expect to submit it in the specific deadline before the end of the semester.
