    LETTER TO ALL TENANTS

    Greetings!
    We, the management, would like to have you
    informed about some discussion and changes
    made. Listed below:
    Room Rates (where we; between you and me,
    will discuss privately)
    Water Bill will be: 200 per head. (that goes on
    whether you are two, or three people in one
    room).
    Electric Bill for the month of July will go down. (it
    will be visibly shown to you when you get your
    bills).
    Construction On-Going (So if it affects you and
    leave you uncomfortable, immediately inform
    us).
    Everyone will be given a month to adjust with
    the said changes. We sincerely apologize if this
    may cause inconvenience with you.

    MANAGEMENT
    NOTICE
    Reminder for tenants who used their deposits to cover up for
    late payments should speak with us, privately. As with the
    house policy; deposits are to be used one month before

    termination/ ending your term. We would not want any other


    complications/ inconvenience so please cooperate with us.
    And in the event you have changed your mind with
    extending/ using your deposits, have us notified
    immediately.
