INTPs are logical, individualistic, reserved, and very curious individuals. They focus on
ideas, theories and the explanation of how things work.They are especially adept at
discussion and debate. They have the ability to focus intently on a subject. They
appreciate and respect intelligence in others.

being the architect of the plan, because of the scheming and thinking involved,
far more than being the implementer of that plan. Implementation tends to be
drudgery. They are content to sit back and think about what might work, given
their view of the situation. INTPs may ignore standard operating procedures. The
hours that they spend are not what is important to them, but rather the
completion of their thought process.

Based on your personality type, what are your strengths and weaknesses?
As shown in the results of the personality test, one of the strengths of an INTP
(The Engineer), is having logical analytical thinking skills that enables her to
develop an ability to focus intently on a subject therefore being able to solve
difficult problems and as well as build a systematic plan. Also, an INTPs trait is
being skeptical. Bothered by something, an INTP does not stop until the anwers
to the questions he/she has are satisfied. He/she is keen to details and subjects
that matter. He/she sees everything in terms of how it could be improved, or what
it could turned into. Thus, an INTP could be a great innovator in his/her perfect
time.

However, there are times when an INTP is not always good. They are content to
sit back and think about what might work, given their view of the situation. INTPs
may ignore standard operating procedures. The hours that they spend are not
what is important to them, but rather the completion of their thought process. This
could waste time if a certain project must be done immediately. Ignoring SOPs
might lead to errors which will eventually lead to failures in a certain undertaking.
Even if he/she can act without consulting others, which may appear that she can
work independently, this could sometimes mean that he/she doesnt always like
to be in a team. Though by being individualistic,the INTP can get something
done, after all, there will always be groupmates or colleagues working on a
project with you. In the real world, you will not work alone. More often than not,
you will belong to an engagement team to finish the task. This could be a barrier
when faced with instances where you have to deal with a lot of people in the
workplace.

How can you use your knowledge in your personality to improve your
relationship with other people?
By knowing deeper my personality, I can improve my relationship with others by building
upon my strengths, sharing what I know to others and lead them as much as I can in
the best possible way. My weaknesses on one hand motivates me to work on the things
I cant do well. I guess I will be more open to others when doing the task so that they
can feel trusted because the responsibility is shared to them and might as well consider
ideas coming from people because they are also precious as what I can think of. Now
that I know my strengths and my weaknesses, I will improve what I lack and still exert
excellence in the strength that I possess. With that, its not just the better version of me
going out of the shell but me as a socially responsible individual of the society.
