6. Sales Tax
Our Price is Exclusive of VAT@12.5% / Central Sales Tax against (@ 2%) Concessional C form to be
provided by you. Statutory variations if any shall be paid extra as per actual.

7. Payment Terms
100% with full Taxes & Duties against Proforma Invoice prior to dispatch.
All the payments shall be made by chaque at par / RTGS payable at Nagpur.
8. Delivery Schedule
Within 6-8 weeks from the date of receipt of clear P.O at our end.
9. Validity
30 days from the date of this offer and thereafter subject to our specific confirmation.
