I SEE YOU: Module Guide

Module 2: Willingness to explore


Module Objectives:
Students will be able to:
1. Understand willingness to explore as a basic entrepreneurial skill
2. Train team building and collaborative skills.
3. Understand the marketing research, the product development and the design
thinking as key factor to entrepreneur.

This will be accomplished by working through the following table of contents:

Which are the skills of entrepreneurs?


Which are the specific skills of social entrepreneurs?
Is entrepreneurship a way to earn a living or is it a way of living?
What is an innovative idea?
How is innovation related with the market? When do I see an opportunity?
How do I develop an innovative idea? And, most important, how do I know it
will work?

The order of activities to achieve this, it will be the following:

reflection on the notion and method of lean start-up (200
words). Share it in the international willingness to explore
forum.

THE CASE: IDEA + DEMAND = OPPORTUNITY
We propose you a practical case in order to implement and practise
the knowledges you are acquiring in this module.

Read other participants documents (uploaded in task 10 in
willingness to explore forum) and comment in forum at least 5
of them (minimum 200 words each).

Elaborate a team report with conclusions, and upload it as a pdf
document on task 13.
Just one person per team with every participant names (from 3

3. ON DESIGN THINKING
As we explained in the video, design thinking means to create a short cycle for
developing a new product, considering the future client or user as a co-designer or coproducer.
