Dear CHS Family,
Welcome to the 2016-17 school year! We hope this will be a great year for your family.
This year, the PFC has eliminated the PFC Membership Fee, and we are delighted to welcome all
CHS parents and guardians as members of our PFC. The PFC is proud to be an integral part of CHS,
as we work together to provide the best possible learning environment and education for our children.
With your tax-deductible donations, the PFC helps fund essential programs that impact every CHS
student, including:
Electives Classes;
Our Beautiful New Library and an Additional Part-Time Media Center Clerk;
Additional Hours of Campus Supervision;
$35,000 of Classroom Supplies;
P.E. Locker Repairs;
Science Supplies;
Teacher and Staff Professional Development;
Tutoring Support for All Students;
Peer Support Team and Student Clubs;
Continued Work on Facility Renovations, Enhancements, and Equipment;
SAT/ACT Test Preparation and Mock Tests;
Weekly E-Newsletters Full of Key CHS Information.
The PFC Donor Drive is our largest and most important fundraiser of the year. Every dollar that we
raise will go directly towards funding crucial programs and materials for this school year. If every family
donates, we will meet our budgeted needs.
This year, we are asking for a donation of $300 per child, but appreciate any amount that you feel
comfortable donating. All donations to the PFC are tax deductible and will directly affect your student
this school year.
We will acknowledge ALL donor families who participate at any level in our newsletter. If you can
donate at the $300 level per child or above, then we can also recognize you in the following ways:
$300 (per child)--Receive a CHS gift per child.
$750--Receive Reserved Parking for Back to School Night.
$1,000Receive 4 VIP Reserved Seats & 1 Reserved Parking Spot at Graduation.
$1,500For the FIRST 5 RESPONDERS ONLY once Registration forms are available, receive 1
UPPER LOT PARKING PASS good for the 2016-17 year.
$2,000--Receive 8 VIP Reserved Seats & 2 Reserved Parking Spots at Graduation.

drop it off at the CHS front office.
