MOTION TO RESET HEARING

ACCUSED/DEFENDANTS,

the

undersigned

Counsel unto this HONORABLE COURT most respectfully states

that:
1. The hearing of this cases has been set on JUNE 01, 02
and 03, 2016 respectively at 2:00 in the afternoon;

2. However, the undersigned counsel hereby regretfully

informs the Honorable Court that he cannot attend said
hearings

since

he

is

going

to

Manila

for

his

Neuropsychiatric Examination;
3. With this, the undersigned is constrained to respectfully
request the Honorable Court to reset the hearing of the

instant cases to another date, subject to the availability

of the Honorable Courts calendar.

4. This motion is made in good faith and not intended to

delay the proceedings of the instant cases.
WHEREFORE, based on the premises presented, it is most
respectfully prayed that the hearing of the instant cases be reset
to another date, subject to the availability of the Honorable
Courts calendar.
Other reliefs just and equitable under the premises are
likewise prayed for.
