9. Mark Sheets and Certificates (10th onwards)
10. Bank A/C statement for last 6 months
11. Account statement of existing Loan account with
the present bank.

(C )For Co-Borrower (one of the Parents or

spouse)
1. Pan Card (or at least applied for)
2. Adhaar Card(UID) (or at least applied for)
3. Proof of residence (Elec. Bill , Tel Bill , Passport)
4. Two Passport size color photographs.
5. Latest 3 months Salary Slips or Computation of
Income for the self employed or businesspersons.
6. Salary A/C statement for last 6 months.
7. ITR / F-16 for the last 2 years.
Note- Retired Co-Borrower need only their ID&
residential proof, their six months bank statement
and their SB Account with SBI. If no SB A/C, then
would be required to open.

(B) for Working student (in addition to List A)

1. Latest 2 months Sal Slip showing all deductions
2. Salary a/c statement for last 6 months.
2. Employment details for the last 5 years.
3. Resignation / Relieving letter from the
current employer.
4. IT Return / Form -16 for the last 2 years.
