We are in receipt of your valued enquiry and thank your for the same. Further we are pleased to
enclose herewith our techno commercial proposal for your requirement of RO water purifier system.
1.

We have designed the RO system using Toroy/GE Members.

These membranes are much

superior to other membranes in term of their scale inhibition and methods of fabrication.
2.

We have offered you world classic CRI / LUBI PUMP for the development of High pressure at

low electricity required for your RO system.

3.

Kindly note all low pressure interconnecting piping, bends values of our Reverse Osmosis system

are designed with UPVC & CPVC (Food Grade) material. These are extra strong engineering grade
PVC material capable of withstanding unto 150psi.
4.

Our RO System is SS skid mounted and it is pre wired and pre tested before dispatch and hence

the plant can be commissioned as soon as it reaches your site.

BASIS OF DESIGN AND TREATMENT SCHEME

1.1

PLANT INTRODUCTION:
The proposed Water Treatment scheme is designed to produce product water at the flow rate of
2000 LPH based on Reverse Osmosis for high pure Technology.
Note :

The proposed water treatment system can even work continuously for 8-9 Hrs
per day leaving aside 0.5 1 Hrs for the recommended Backwashing of the
Filtration system.

Rs. 2,80,000/Transportation Charges Upto Site: Extra at actual.

Supervision Of Erection And Commissioning Charges at site
Price: Man power for Erection & Commissioning charges extra Rs/- 5,000.00
Payment Terms:
50% as advance along with Purchase Order, 40% against Perform invoice prior to dispatch 10% after
completion of erection & commissioning.
Delivery: We shall complete supply of Water Treatment Plant as mentioned in our technical specification
within 2-3weeks from the date of receipt of Purchase Order along with advance payment.
Warrantee: One year Warrantee against any manufacturing defects. ( No warranty for RO memberanes)
