Develop company pricing, and wrote RFP technical responses for the State of Florida NEAX
2200 Maintenance Contract. This multi-million dollar contract was awarded to NEC.
Manufacture certified on NEAX 2400: provided technical support for 23 States and Puerto
Rico.
Configure and price system and peripheral equipment to meet RFP specifications for new
sales, and software upgrades.
Wrote RFP technical responses.
Responsible for tracking RFP for engineering compliance, ordering, shipping, staging,
installation, cutover and system test.
