DC-Bus & Mains failure

With DC Bus connection we ensure,
that the machine may react with power
failure regulation and additional mains
failure shut down.
For short periods of mains failure the
system, is able to run with lower speed
without losing drive synchronization
between all axis and accelerates with

power recovery to normal production

speed.
For long periods of mains failure the
system may stop the full machine without
losing the synchronization between all
axis and ensures, that the material will
not be damaged. After power recovery
the machine is ready for direct startup.

Harsh environments
Polluted cooling air with fibers
With cold plate and feedthrough
solutions its possible to leave the main
heat losses outside the cabinet. In this
situation its possible to use smaller
cabinet. Another option is, to use
airtight cabinets to avoid influences of
polluted cooling air inside the cabinet to
the electrical devices.
