When viewing discounts for Booking/POS items (by clicking Options from the basket >> Disc), information about the
discount will be shown, including where it comes from and the qualifying membership:

2. Ref VSO #33130 Record Email Address when Emailing Receipts

When emailing a receipt to a member via Front of House the transaction and email address will be logged. These can be
seen in the POS Receipt Reprints and the POS Receipt Reprints Daily reports (Standard >> POS Reports >> Shift
Information) which now include columns for Receipt Email To and Total Emails respectively.
3. Ref VSO #33843 Check Bank Details on On Account Transaction
When processing an On Account transaction, FOH can now check that the member has valid bank details, by enabling
the Check Bank Details On On Account Transaction in Control Panel >> Global Settings >> POS tab. If the member has
valid bank details the transaction will proceed, if they do not they will receive an error:

M EMBERS H IP M A NAG EMENT

1. Ref VSO #29608 - Manual Membership Charges support Enhanced Tax Functionality
Manually raised membership charges now support the Enhanced Tax functionality. If enhanced tax is turned on then
instead of showing a predefined tax rate from a drop down it uses an inventory item. From this inventory item it will load
the tax configuration to work out how much tax is on the manually raised charge. By default it will use the Membership
Revenues inventory item, so if you have any additional tax rates in use which are different to what is configured on this
inventory item you will need to make an inventory item assigned to the appropriate tax code and then assign this
inventory item against the appropriate GL accounts.
Further information about the Enhanced tax functionality is available upon request from Legend Support.
2. Ref TM #212969 // VSO #29802 Online and Invoicing Contact Detail changes raise Member Events
When details are changed online (through My Profile) or through Invoicing, a member event will be raised for the change.
3. Ref VSO #30679 Duplicate Check Progress Indicator
The Duplicate Check functionality in Membership Management will now display checking for duplicate members whilst
the system is checking, and duplicate members found once the check is complete, to clarify whats happening for end
users.
4. Ref TM #222896 // VSO #31392 Raise Event when changing Salesperson
When a user manually changes the salesperson in Membership Management (Agreement tab), an event will be raised
with the old salesperson, the new salesperson and the user who made the change.
5. Ref VSO #32346 Advanced Search: First Name, Days since agreement started and Home Address 1 options
The Advanced search options in Membership Management now include options for First Name (General tab), Days since
the agreement started (Dates tab) and Home Address 1 (General tab). The sort order when set to Last Name has also
been updated to sort by Last Name then First Name alphabetically.
6. Ref VSO #33597 Additional Security Tokens for each Apply Payment tab
Four new security tokens have been added to control which charges a user can pay off:
MM_CAN_APPLYPAYMENT_MEMBERCHARGES (for the Member Charges tab),
MM_CAN_APPLYPAYMENT_BOOKINGCHARGES (for the Bookings tab), MM_CAN_APPLYPAYMENT_COURSECHARGES (for
the Courses tab) and MM_CAN_APPLYPAYMENT_GROUPACTIVITYCHARGES (for the Group Activities tab).
If the user attempts to pay off a charge without the appropriate security token they will receive an error messa ge:

These tokens will be enabled for all users by default upon release.

1. Ref VSO #32499 Access Gate Reports: New Filter
The ACM Gate Usage Summary and Access Gate Usage reports (Standard >> Member Activity >> Member Usage >> Usage
Summary & Standard >> Member Activity >> Member Usage respectively) both now have a filter for Gate in the Selection
tab.
2. Ref VSO #33131 Bookings Invoice reports: New Column
A new optional column for Reservation Notes has been added to the Bookings Invoice report (Standard >> Bookings
folder) and the Bookings To Be Invoiced report (Standard >> Invoicing).
3. Ref VSO #33550 Inventory Price and Discount: Additional Filters & Columns
The Inventory Price Configuration and Inventory Discount Configuration reports (Standard >> Configuration >> Inventory
folder) have been updated to include new default columns for Price Added, Added By, Last Updated By and Last Updated.
Filters have been added for Main and Sub Category, GL account and Inventory ID in the Selection tab. These reports also
include Location Groups in the Organisation tab, and will show whether the inventory price/discount are available at a
Location Group (as with Club, Group and Enterprise).

1. Ref VSO #33132 Bulk Edit Inventory
You can now bulk edit inventory items from the new form in Control Panel >> Data >> Inventory/POS >> Mass Change

Note that you will need the new security token CP_BULKCHANGEINVENTORY enabled to access the Mass Add Inventory
Discounts option. If the token is disabled Mass Add Inventory Discounts will be greyed out.
2. Ref VSO #33164 /33634 Agreement Auditing
A new Audit tab has been added to Agreement Management. This tab will show all changes to the agreement when
clicking Populate Audit:

This is also available for specific agreement prices, in Control Panel >> Agreement Management >> Agreement name >>
Pricing tab >> Price >> Audit tab.

1. Ref VSO #32469 Enable To-Dos to be checked by default
The To-Dos option in the Sales Task List can now be checked by default by enabling the new setting Check To-Do By
Default In Task List (Control Panel >> Global Settings >> Sales tab).

1. Ref VSO #31367 - Allow Online Renewal After Lapse
Lapsed members can now renew online a specified number of days after their lapse. To enable this set the new CMS
setting "Lapsed Renewals Allow For (days)" to the maximum number of days after lapse that you want to allow renewals
for. E.g. if a member is allowed to renew online 7 days after lapsing, set "Lapsed Renewals All For (days)" to 7. Note that
you will also need to set up the online renewals functionality, by enabling "Enable Membership Renewals" and setting a
"Renewals Notice Percentage" (both in CMS admin).
2. Ref VSO #33654 My Bills
The My Bills section of Online Services will now show On Account transaction as On Account: followed by either the
Web Description of the item (if configured in Control Panel >> Inventory Management >> Inventory Name >> Availabil ity
tab) or the inventory item description.
The My Bills section is enabled by the Enable My Bills setting in CMS admin.

CMS
1. Ref VSO #32313 Meta description, title & keywords set per page
Each CMS page can now have its own set of meta data, such as meta description, meaning each page has the correct
published data when being viewed by users and search engines. This is configured when creating/editing content;
underneath the title there will be a new option for adding meta data. From there you can add and remove descriptions,
keywords and tags.

I NVOICING
1. Ref TM #221080 // VSO #30871 - Search By Location
You can now search by location in Quick Search and Advanced Search by using the new Location filter.
2. Ref VSO #33259 Invoicing Email Auto Action Change
The invoicing Scheduler now has the ability to send an automated email that has an attachment. The email attachment
can be created from either a text or a Word type template.
This functionality is enabled by Legend. If you would like this functionality please log a ticket with Legend Support.
3. Ref TM #221080 // VSO #33291 Page through search results
If a search in Invoicing returns more than 100 results they will be shown in pages with options for first page, previous
page, next page, last page and the number of pages.

1. Ref VSO #30957 - Editing Inventory of Published Courses
The inventory item of a published course can now be changed by selecting the course and clicking Edit.

2. Ref VSO #30959 Course Visibility Dates

Online visibility and booking dates can now be set against a course in the course template, when creating the course and
when editing the course. The Visible Days From date is when the course will begin showing online, and the Bookable
Days Before date is the date the course will become available for booking online. Both fields are numeric values; you will
need to specify the number of days (from midnight) before the course starts that you want the course to be
visible/bookable online.
3. Ref VSO #31936 Extra Search Options
A direct search by Short Code has been added to the Sports Courses search screen, and search results will now show the
course date as well as the time.

4. Ref VSO #32575 FOH: Quick Search

In FOH, users can now "Quick Search" for Sports Courses, and they can narrow this search to be more specific using the
Short Code, Main Category, Sub Category, day of the week and start time filters. To access Quick Search, open Front of
House, select Bookings >> Sports Courses and click the new Quick Search option at the top of the screen, next to the date
options.

1. Ref VSO #29971 Create Member API: Daily DD Changes
You can now specify which day of the month the membership fee will be collected when joining a member through the
Create Member API, providing daily collections are turned on.
2. Ref TM #188600 // VSO #30960 API: Sports Courses timetable
A new API service which allows you to see both online and offline Sports Courses is now available. Please see
