Purpose of the Job


Improve and maintain Factory efficiency and productivity
by applying I.E techniques.

Measure and maintain M/Os
performance for Salary increments

Maintain and monitor individual operator


performance calculated by I.E Juniors and
asses the operator salary increments based
on the performance

Key Job rolls

Involve with relevant dept. to play a key roll for smooth production flow i.e.
Production and shipment planning, Embellishments planning etc.

Calculate SMVs for Cutting, Sewing and Packing.

Calculate Manpower and Machine requirements monthly basis.

Ensure the following records are maintained and accurate.


Operator efficiency.
Cutting, Sewing & Packing Efficiency reports.
Weekly cycle time reports.
Critical operation / Low performance improvement and monitoring.
Operator skill developments and skill inventory.
Lost time reports.

Involve in monitoring low performance at lines and increase performance.

Maintain hose keeping and discipline in the working area.

Make operator grading between every 6 months.

Conduct training programs for operators, for future style requirements.

Conduct training programs and seminars for staff skill development.

Involve in key projects

Do activity sampling every three months and asses the company standard,
identify key problematic areas and apply solutions.
