PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
1. Print and bring this Reporting Letter. Report at the REPORTING TIME stated on this letter. Collect your Number Tag.
2. Submit ORIGINAL SCORES in the actual playing order to Registration staff. Tag the starting page of each piece
with sticky Post-it flags. Write your names on your scores. Remember to collect back your scores from Registration
staff after they have been returned.
3. Performers will be ushered to the Performers' Waiting Area at appropriate times. Parents & teachers are NOT
allowed there.
4. Music stands are provided. Bring your own footstool and tuners if required.
5. It is advised to have your instruments tuned before entering the studio. Piano is tuned at A442.
6. Rehearsal and practice rooms are not provided. Please contact external music studios.
As part of your music education, the Festival is a great opportunity for participants to learn how to publicise and gather audience
for their performance. Start by inviting your family and friends to come and support your performance. Participants are
encouraged to stay on to watch others perform. Admission is FREE for audience for the whole Festival (1st come, 1st serve).
Strictly no photography and any sort of recording as it will interfere with the Festival Recording.
