I am not (I am) on bad terms with him (her) and I did not suffer (suffer) any damage of the consumed offence.
Before the hearing as a witness I have made an oath stipulated by the art. 85 from the Penal Code as follows:

I took knowledge of the fact that there is to be a hearing to prove the following deeds or circumstances: the theft committed from ION
POPESCUs residence in 2016.03.15, on the range of Babana Village, Arges County. I understand that I may be called upon to answer
further questions in person, or to attend as a witness in the case of any formal procedures.
As regards the hearing I declare:
I live in Babana village, Arges County and my residence is near to Ion Popecus residence, in 2016.03.15 I was at my residence with my
family. As regards the theft committed from ION POPESCUs residence, I declare that around 3.00 a.m. I have heard a lot of noise on the
public road; therefore I went out to see what was happening. On that circumstance I have noticed that there was a white touring car with
the following serial number AG-09-YAM on the public road near the respective residence.
I mention the fact that I do not know other information related to the deed (theft).

Dear Adrian,
Many thanks for your letter - it was really nice to hear from you again. I'm sorry I haven't written for ages, but I've been busy preparing
for my term papers. I was so glad when you told me that now you're fully recovered.
You remember I told you in my last letter that I am going to spend my summer holydays at my house in the countryside and have a lot of
fun. So, I would like you to spend a few days at my place, you can't say no to my invitation.
Anyway, there will be a fun fair and you are going to meet some of my dearest friends, well have a lot of fun. More than that, we could
go to Cotmena and visit this old Monastery and also visit the old places of Radu outlaw and find his long lost treasures. We will be just
like in an Indiana Jones movie. Don't hesitate to write me if you have queries.
