is necessary. It has been brought to
my attention that the alleged Lender claims that he/she has a contract with DAMIEN JORDAN@rM.

researching, the United States Codes, the corresponding Code of Federal Regulations, the Uniform
Commercial
Code, and certain Federal Reserve Bank Publications, there is reason to belieire that the alleged
Lender is not the
Holder In Due Course of the Borrower's promissory note/ contract and/or may have breiched the agreement

concerning the above-referenced, alleged contract.

The detailed explanation of the referenced documents shall include the original unaltered contract signed by,
DAMIEN JORDANOTM, ffid the said Lender accompanied by an affidavit of truth signed by Lender under
Perjury of Oath (Title l8 U.S.C. $ 1621). Please provide me a copy of your company registration number, bond
number, and bonding number. You are a Third Party operating in, DAMIEN JORDANOru, commercial affairs
without authorization from the Secured Party/ Lien Holder, Tehuti Shu Maat AmenRa Eil@rM, please review the
Security Agreement that is filed with the Office of the Secretary Of State for the State Of Colorado (Validation
No. 20162029406). You are trespassing in, DAMIEN JORDAN@rM, commercial affairs, Infringement on,

Any alleged debt that has damaged his name warrants a minimum of but not limited to $750,000 (in gold, silver
or functional currency of equivalent value) per statement, per document, per installment, and per alleged contract
after 30 days. All Lenders that are mentioned in this Notice of Adequate Assurance of Due Performance that has
reported anything damaging to, DAMIEN JORDANOTM, credit report must notifr all credit bureaus within the
30-day period to remove any derogative report pertaining to Stellar Recovery Inc.
Since the Borrower paid money in the form of a promissory note/contract to the Lender to perform according to
an alleged service agreement, Tehuti Shu Maat AmenRa Eil@rM, is now hereby requesting Adequate Assurance

of Due Performance, pursuant to U.C.C. $ 2-609, that the Lender performed according to the Loan/Service
agteement and that the original Lender used their own money to purchase the Borrower's promissory
note/contract and did not accept the Borrower's promissory note as money or like money to fund the services that
the Lender then lent to the Borrower. This would have an economic effect similar to that of stealing,
counterfeiting, fraud, and swindling. Also the Lender must show that it followed the Federal Laws, TitIe 12 U.S.C.
(GAAP) and
$ 1831n(a)(2)(A) and /or 12 C.F.R. 741.6(b) regarding Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
