- May 15, installation date of glass (BQ)
2. Parba (Single 19)- Cha2x will prepare all extra works. (usahon aron dili

CR Tiles- Nor will assist Michael for the computation of tiles
and ordering
- Turn over date is on May 31, 2016 but if not move on June 15,
2016 due to plenty of extra works.
- Nor will coordinate Parbas Secretary regarding water closet.
3. Arawiran(Single 14) - May 20, 2016, done filing CHB/Slabbing (60%)
4. Egmillan (TH3) and Solomon (TH4)- Turn- over is on Sept . and if possible will
be done early
(August) due to bank appraisal (BPI 90%). And must add
4 workers to accomplish this task.
5. Start kub2x to Block 1, (4 units each Michael and Marlito) and If Michael will
have more than 14 workers he can start his assigned lot aside from kub2x.

1. Sales (LOT 13)- Check contract if all extra works are indicated and
computed.
- Give to Sir Marks copy of Sales MOA.

due to fiesta celebration of workers respective places.

2. Parba (SINGLE 19)- Make extra works to Parba, including labor for painting of
cabinet and etc.
- Make extra works form and give to designated person who will
perform the extra works.
- Inform and signed by client _extra works form before ordering
the materials needed.
- Canvass wood planks (flooring)

- June 25, should be 70 % (done plastering) with roof and firewall

- Need to add 1 tiles installer (c/o Patrick) contact Reynaldo
- Joseph must focus on TH1 for tiles installation and will start
tomorrow 6/26/2016.

2. Parba(Single 19)- Lacking: baseboard and handrail


- Turn-over on June 25, 2016 (Saturday) excluding painting

- Joseph still filing CHB 2nd floor ; Jun2x done plastering in some
parts of the
building.
- TH2-4 must focus on front part of the building, for approval of
loan application to BPI.
4. Egmillan (TH3) - July 9, 2016, unit should be 60% (filed CHB but not yet
done plastering)
5. Salomon (TH4)- July 25, 2016, unit should be 90% (w/ ceiling & tiles lacking
