Dust screens are present to prevent dissipation of dust, sparks and particles

All discs have been checked for possible damage before mounting
Maximum operating speed mentioned on disc
Work place is well-lit and ventilated
The grinder is placed on a stable surface and can not move

DO
Use correct Personal Protective Equipment that is in good condition
Adjust work rest to correct setting
Use a safety guard covering at least one half of the grinding disc
Allow free running of newly mounted grinding discs before grinding
Use safety protection on the disc, always disconnect power when changing parts

DO NOT
Use a disc that has been dropped

Force a disc on to the machine or alter the hole size

Force work into the disc or grind on the side of the disc
Stand directly in front of a grinding disc whenever a grinder is switched on

Grind materials for which the disc is not designed

Point sparks to flammable material

Always use your common sense before and during the performance of your task
