Narrative

Patrol responded to the report of a two- vehicle collision on

Market Street in the vicinity of Washington Street. Investigation
revealed that the listed subject was following too closely to the
other vehicle involved in the collision and, as such, had been
unable to bring his vehicle to a stop prior to colliding with the
other vehicle.
