Hi,
I'm checking in on my FOIL request. Can you please provide me with a status. It has been over
90 days since I made my request.
As you know, many news outlets have already largely reported about these documents. If the
documents have already been reported about, what is the hold-up here ? Can you cite in the
State's Freedom of Information Law provisions that explain the hold-up of documents that have
already been acknowledged to exist by the press and that have also, most pertinently, been
reported about ?
Thank you kindly.
Best regards,
-- Louis

Thank you for this update.

But may I ask how is it that The New York Times and POLITICO New
York have received documents regarding this matter ?
Also, I never received any response from the press contact. I have a
follow-up question for her/you :
1/. What has DCAS done with the $16 million it received from Allure
Group in connection with the deed restrictions ? Where did that money
go, what was it used for ?
Thank you kindly.
Best regards,
