1. One of the listed valid photo ID Proof of the candidate in original, details enlisted in the Counseling process document.
2. One of the valid photo ID proof of the Parent/Guardian accompanying the candidate for the counseling in original, details enlisted in the counseling
process document.
3. COMEDK UGET - 2016 TAT Card (Printed ONLINE COPY which was produced at the time of entrance Test on 08/05/2016.
4. COMEDK UGET - 2016 Rank/Score Card (Printed ONLINE COPY from COMEDK Website)
5. SSLC or 10th STD Marks card, Passing certicate or transfer certicate for the proof of Date of Birth.
6. 12th STD/ II PUC Marks Card (Should satisfy eligibility criteria). Note: Duplicate marks card will not be Accepted.
7. Tuition fee amount as notied, drawn in the form of Demand Draft in favour of COMEDK & indicating the TAT (Test Admission Ticket Number)
there on, payable at Bangalore drawn from the Nationalized bank as indicated in the counseling process document.
8. Candidates who have claimed reservation categories like SC,ST and OBC of Karnataka or Minority (Religious/ Linguistic) at the time of making the
application alone would be considered for the said categories subject to they producing the below mentioned certicates. No change in the
category/Minority is permissible at this stage.
