Manage various infrastructure projects for multinational account. Deployment of new equipment for Cloud (Oracle),
storage (EMC, Cisco and Brocades) and offsite hosting. Various upgrades to infrastructure for storage to include better
performance reporting, alert monitoring and billing. Other assignments in support of the accounts transitions, migrations
and support of large scale server farms. This included working with HP, Dell and IBM servers. These projects achieved
several key results: reduced cost of operation, meeting security audits, moving into new markets.
Served as project manager for the successful deployment of NetAPP SAN Screen tool for strategic administration of
SAN alerts, performance, and capacity planning which maximized company ability in identifying performance
concerns, reporting on costs, determining capacity, and decreasing cost in reporting alerts.
Assumed accountability in distributing EMCs Avamar backup solution to various accounts of the company which
highly recognized by clients for its performance, ease of use, and versatility leading to company revenue
maximization.
Program executive for an account for various projects and related activities to deploy servers VoIP and Altiris;
network DMZ, VPN, and INet; storage NetAPP; and monitoring tools TADM, RCCM, and SNMP at Chicago Data
Center which supported client for multi-year program. These projects where driven by the customer to bring their IT
environments to current optimum levels.
Spearheaded a project that merged all operational activities into one IEMC center in North America. Made major
contributions in spearheading new offerings development for the company. Effectively, centralizing exception
management into globally central locations to allow reduced leveraged staff to efficiently and cost effectively monitor
clients infrastructure.
Handled the following global infrastructure projects:
Client liaison for the PRIME account, an IRS Modernization program for one year at the Detroit DCC and
Lanham, Maryland as a deployment specialist. Was the client interface for all CSC projects for the IRS.
Execute USD Service Desk Solutions upgrade projects across North America; Europe, the Middle East and
Africa (EMEA); Asia; and Australia; as well as Remedy infrastructure deployment for Exelon, Estee Lauder,
Raytheon and Nissan. This was needed to bring environment up to current, supported levels, ensure product
was performing efficiently and update product to new requirements mandated by company.
Directed teams remotely across two continents using SDLC program in developing, formulating and testing the
Unified Communications and Collaboration offering which included Lync, SharePoint, Video, and Exchange for a
new initiative for the company. Potential revenues of $4B to $5B on sales is projected. Extensive use of MS Office
(Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project and Visio) was used in executing this initiative.
Established project that standardized various lines of service methodologies throughout the company resulting to
reduced costs, time, and execution errors when deploying standard solutions.
Project and Program Management

Manage project to deploy higher cost-effective SAN switch solution at a tier 1 data center including the migration
of 65 servers off SAN arrays that required HBA card upgrades and HDLM/Veritas firmware upgrades that will
produce company savings of $46K monthly.

Effectively function as deployment project manager for regional data center of a large, multibillion-dollar, multiyear United States government contract including deployments of hardware Fujitsu and Compaq; software SAP
and Veritas; as well as applications PRIME and data circuits. This program was part of the IRSs extensive

modernization program which was driven by the US Government. Guarantee the timely reporting and proper
scheduling of project deployment and future projects from the government.

Development project manager for company software product, Enterprise Console Services (ECS), a global tool that
integrates remote data centers globally to respective central exception management correlation and reporting tool
G2 by Gensym running on an Oracle DB located at individual Integrated Enterprise Management Centers (IEMC).
This lofty initiative was a major step in monitoring the companys clients IT environments into central data centers
to be more cost effective, quick to respond and efficient in tracking problems.

Conceptualize, code, and assess operations and data center solutions on clients mainframes through automation
tools, comprised of OPS, MVS, AF, and Oper. Automating operations reduced errors, downtime and helped report
problems five times faster than existing manual interventions.

Convert, upgrade, and maintain multiple mainframe automation products for various accounts with TSO-REXX,
which provided high-speed, reliable, and efficient management of equipment for customers.

Conceptualize and execute CA-TNG Unicenter TNG/AP while organizing events of major accounts throughout
CSC on NT and UNIX platforms. This was key in reporting failures and outages the IEMCs (as note prior).
Plan and deploy Oracles Cloud PCA infrastructure platform. This was part of clients new Cloud initiative to
allow them to embark into the Cloud market.
Systems/Database Development and Management

Oversee the assessment of 35 architecture offerings for architecture-design-development completeness, fitness for
purpose, operational readiness, and CSCs ability to delivery. Consolidating each function into one process
enabled the company to deploy standard, Best of Class processes to allow for faster, repeatable and cost effective
solutions.

Utilize IBMs Rational Software in creating reference architectures with key focus on data center migration,
disaster recovery, and data protection; and secondary focus on big data, Oracle, Cloud, application
modernization, cyber security, and mobility.

Expertly use Offering Life Cycle Management (OLM) process in developing offering and architecture documents
for the generation of set of documents for POC, deployment, laboratories, and testing; effectual troubleshooting;
and establishment of pricing model for devices to be purchased, such as headsets.

Closely monitor application and infrastructure upgrades and deployments for the companys internal Service
Desk Solutions products CA USD, R11, and Remedy, which was necessary for four major data centers across the
globe.

Ensure attainment of customer needs through strategic administration of upgrades and deployments to Ingres
database, USD application, hardware, network, and other components of USD platform.

Personnel Supervision and Development

Spearhead teams from India, Europe, and United States consisting of offering leads, architects, security, and
network staff.

Render direct supervision to SAN Storage Team in upgrading CSCs four data centers SAN arrays encompassing
new HDS arrays as well as DCX switches and servers, such as SAN and fabric managers.

as various team members needing access to different equipment for facilitation of deployment activities.
