Dear Employee,
The below mentioned assets are being handed over to you on the client's request to enable you to perform your
duties in an efficient and effective manner. These are for official use only and should not be used for any personal
purpose
You are expected to protect the asset and maintain confidentiality of the data therein. Any data loss / leakage
would be your responsibility and in case of theft, damage or loss of asset, you would be required to compensate the
company for the same.
On being released from the company, you are required to purge all client related data from the asset and
handover the same to the company representative within 24 hours, failing which a fine would be imposed by the company.
While the assets are in your custody, Evolve retains the right to c ollect a security deposit. This could be collected as a
onetime deposit or on a monthly basis. This document needs to be signed for acceptance and sent back to the
Company's head office in Pune, failing which the company has a right to hold back any payment due.
