My health/physical goals include:
1. Keep eating healthy (S) everyday (T). This is Measureable, attainable, and
realistic, because I am already doing it.
2. Exercise (S) for 30 minutes (M, A, R) 5-6 days a week T).
3. Cut sugar out of my diet (S, M) by September 2016 (T, R, A).
My recreational goals include:
1. Hike R Mountain (S, M) by August 2016 (A, R, T)
2. Go fishing at Heise (S, M) by July 30th (A, R, T)
3. Go camping (S) one more time (M, A) by September 2016 (T, R)
My spiritual goals include:
1. Pray (S) twice a day (T). This goal as a whole is M, A, and R.
2. Go to temple (S) once a month (T). This goal as a whole is M, A, and R.
3. Read scriptures (S) once a day (M, A, R), every day (T).
4. Go to church (S) every week (T), for the full time (M, A, R).
