Your new CPN is a nine-digit number that can be used with the Credit Reporting
Bureaus to report new financial information. You will still be responsible for all
existing debts - It is not a new social security number.
CPNs are particularly useful for protecting ones identity. Thus, with so many identity
theft crimes CPNs are very beneficial. They are commonly used by celebrities, high
ranking politicians and, in federal protection witness programs.
Only one CPN can be issued per person. The CPN, once issued, will remain active from
the date of issue for the lifetime of that person (use wisely!).
It is vitally important, in order to prevent your current credit file from being attached,
merged and/or associated with your new CPN credit file that you provide new
personal information:
o A new residence address. It is imperative that your select a new address that
was never associated with you in the past (relative or friends residence).
No P.O. Box addresses are allowed! No commercial addresses allowed!
And the new address location must be a greater distance than 5 miles
from your current address.
o The CPN shall require purchaser to acquire a new telephone number to
properly activate their new Capital One credit card. The area code for this new
phone number should match the region of the new address.
o Your new CPN will also require a new email address. Do not use an existing
email address; you must create a new one. Also, do not use the same hosting
company domain extension of an existing email address you may currently
have. Open a new email at any of the many free providers online.
o Suggestion: If you have used your middle initial with current established credit
accounts then leave the middle initial off for the new CPN credit file. Likewise,
if youve never used your middle initial prior, no would be a good time to start
using it. The objective is to achieve a higher level of uniqueness with respect
to your identity but to do so without committing fraud.
o Caveat: If your name is unusually unique then the CPN may not work for you.
After receiving all of the required personal information (referenced above) Definitive
Business Solutions, will activate a new CPN with all three major credit bureaus i.e.,
Equifax, Trans Union and, Experian.
Upon purchase you, the purchaser, will receive detailed instructions on how to obtain
a Capital One credit card using your new CPN.

To facilitate the optimum use of the new CPN additional tradelines should be
acquired. Definitive Business Solutions will, at deep discount, provide Authorized
User (AU) tradelines on a limited basis.
By signing this agreement, purchaser certifies that they are at least 18 years of age,
and that the information they shall provide is true and accurate. If the information
purchaser provides is not on par with the required instructed herein such actions will
vitiate and cancel the refund policy.
The signature of purchaser on this contract constitutes their acceptance of these new
credit profiles and/or accounts in accordance with the statements and conditions set
forth within this agreement.
By signing this agreement, purchaser fully understands that the CPN that shall issue in
accordance to this agreement is not a Social Security number. Further, buyer
understands it is a federal crime to misrepresent the Social Security number.
By signing this agreement, purchaser irrevocably releases Definitive Business
Solutions, its agents, and officers from any and all claims, demands and damages,
including but not limited to: actual, consequential, indirect, and special damages of
every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of your use of the services
extended to you with respect to the Credit Privacy Number (CPN).
Additional detailed instructions shall follow upon payment for services herein
described.
Refund Policy:
o Federal law provides 3 business days for the Right of Rescission. Therefore, you have
the right to cancel and receive a refund for any reason without penalty within 3
business days. However, understand that, upon cancelation, the credit privacy
number that was originally issued to you will automatically be merged with your
current existing social security credit files at all credit bureaus. Thus, any subsequent
attempt at purchasing another CPN through another provider would be null in void.
o DBS LLC. guarantees the CPN issued is legitimate in so far as the end-user uses it for
legal endeavors only. If for any reason the CPN issued by DBS LLC is defective in
anyway we will reissue a new CPN without hesitation. If after reissuance of the
second CPN and there still remains a problem, a full refund will be given.
